Rebecca is amazing! She was more than just a planner, she was a great friend throughout the entire planning process and I remember wanting to tell her ideas and ask her questions before anyone else. She was always available to talk and never made me feel like I was bothering her at all. The day of my wedding had quite a few bumps in the road, but I only found out about them after the wedding from my bridesmaids. She is a great positive person, but she also knows how to handle really tough situations. You can most definitely trust Rebecca to deal with WHATEVER comes her way on your wedding day!

Rebecca is the best!!! I was 110% calm and relaxed on my wedding day because I was confident everything was in her hands and that she was MORE than capable of handling anything! She went above and beyond to make my day smooth sailing and on budget. We actually ended up SAVING money (compared to the budget we gave her) in the end! Planning an out of town wedding started off a nightmare, but once I hired Rebecca, it was a breeze. She would give me options, answer countless ridiculous questions i would ask, organize and budget EVERYTHING, create time lines....all on top of her normal other duties (contacting vendors, scheduling vendor meetings, pricing services, etc)....and she always did everything with a great, positive attitude and a smile so I never freaked out.

After my wedding, instead of feeling like I was "done with planning," i felt like I was loosing a friend!!!

Rebecca Sass, founder of Southern Elegance, truly made my wedding day the absolute best it could be. It was clear from the rehearsal - that there were issues with our on-site church coordinator. The church lady had rescheduled our start time (over an hour later) without notifying me or my husband – and definitely started off the evening on the wrong foot. Rebecca helped keep me calm – and keep the group of over 50 people focused. With the church coordinator running frantic – Rebecca took charge of the situation, and led us through our rehearsal. With her ability to keep us on track, we were able to still make our rehearsal dinner on time. This was only a preview to how helpful she was the day of the event. She stepped in when needed – especially when the un-certified church coordinator was not directing us properly (i.e. she had people walking on the wrong sides, in the wrong orders). Rebecca was not afraid to stand up and correct a situation in a professional manner.

I would, hands down, recommend Southern Elegance to anyone. I will gladly provide a reference any day.
