We had such a wonderful experience with Above the Mist Weddings! Everything was easy and stress-free from beginning to end, and our ceremony turned out exactly how we hoped it would.

Reverend Jeff did an amazing job with our ceremony. He made it feel personal and meaningful without being overly long or formal, and we felt completely comfortable with him. The entire team was friendly, organized, and made sure everything went smoothly so we could simply enjoy the day.

The location was beautiful, the views were incredible, and our pictures turned out amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our wedding day. I would definitely recommend Above the Mist to anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate, and stress-free wedding in the Smoky Mountains!

I’m so glad my wife and I decided to go with above the mist weddings, not only was the views, the price, & the communication point on but everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They worked around our crazy 2 year old and was so patient. Couldn’t have picked anyone better!

Above the Mist was awesome to work with from start to finish! Their staff & Megan made everything so easy and made sure each task was completed at the right time throughout the process. They were always available for questions & answered promptly! reverend Jeff did a great job officiating and Ryan made beautiful flower arrangements. They kept the whole thing flowing smoothly from start to finish. And the venue is breathtaking and beautiful. We also loved our photographer and her organization with getting as many pictures taken that we wanted as possible. We highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier dealing with above the mist. Rev Jeff alone made it worth the money. He kept in contact before the big day and personalized everything. We had a flower girl and forgot petals. He drove down to the office and picked some up for us. James, the coordinator, kept everything running on time and moved everything around while Rev Jeff was getting the petals. Ryan, the photographer, was taking pictures as soon as Nicole arrived. She worked with Nicole on certain shots she wanted from Instagram too. She was incredibly sweet and grabbed every shot possible. Megan worked with us on setting up all the dates, payments, and any questions we had including floral arrangements. The location was beautiful. Pictures really do not do any justice. I was blown away when I arrived and saw how gorgeous the setting and location was. This was worth every penny. Thank you so much putting together our big day into a perfect package. Above the Mist really exceeded every expectation that we had.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone getting married in the TN/Gatlinburg area wanting a more intimate wedding. We were able to get everything we wanted out of our wedding day and more. We appreciated that the company held strong family values and were able to meet the needs of our Christian values in our ceremony. Reverend Jeff was helpful, personable, and went above and beyond on multiple accounts. He and James were a great calming presence on what is typically a hectic and chaotic day. Our photographer Ryan was quick and efficient but not at the cost for quality pictures. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding photos turned out. Lastly, we are beyond grateful for James our wedding coordinator. Every question I had was answered and the whole ceremony ran smoothly.
I was initially nervous about hiring a company out of state and not being able to view or rehearse anything prior, but they took all the stress out of planning the wedding and made it simple and easy to manage. I am grateful for everyone that worked to help make our wedding so special.
