We just got married last weekend at above the mist and LOVED it so much!:))

Above the Mist made our day so special. We booked our wedding last minute (less than 40 days out), and they made everything so easy. They took care of everything for us, and I had basically zero planning to do. We loved Pastor Jeff! He was so sweet and truly a godly man. My veil fell out of my hair during our ceremony right before he was about to say “you may kiss your bride,” and he caught on and kept everything running smoothly while my sister quickly fixed my veil. Pastor Jeff played it off so well that it appeared as if nothing happened. Valerie was our photographer, and she captured some of the best memories for us to look back on. I just got my wedding gallery this week, I’m still in awe as I’m flipping though our wedding photos. The photos Valerie captured far exceeded my expectations and are the perfect reminder of how great our day truly was. Ryan coordinated our wedding, and she did a phenomenal job. I was completely stress free thanks to Ryan. I cannot recommend Above the Mist enough. The wedding venue was so gorgeous with gorgeous views of Mount LeConte, which was sentimental for me as I’ve hiked to the summit of Mount LeConte many times. The ease of booking with them was so convenient, they were quick with responses via email and over phone calls, and everything was explained thoroughly.

Above the Mist made having a destination wedding so easy. Everyone I interacted with was very nice & informative & made sure I had all of my questions answered. We were married at the Mountain View location which was GORGEOUS & I’d highly recommend. The bridal suite there was great for me to get dressed in right before the wedding. Our minister Ryan did an amazing job & personalized our vows exactly how we wanted. I’d definitely recommend Above the Mist if you’re planning a Gatlinburg wedding!
