  Amazing! 10/10 recommend

  Above the Mist made having a destination wedding so easy. Everyone I interacted with was very nice & informative & made sure I had all of my questions answered. We were married at the Mountain View location which was GORGEOUS & I’d highly recommend. The bridal suite there was great for me to get dressed in right before the wedding. Our minister Ryan did an amazing job & personalized our vows exactly how we wanted. I’d definitely recommend Above the Mist if you’re planning a Gatlinburg wedding!

  Best Day Ever!!

  Above The Mist did an absolutely fantastic job with planning our wedding. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was on board and on the same page. Every single one of our guests couldn’t get enough of the Mountain View venue. We were in complete awe the entire ceremony, it was just stunning!

  Everything we could’ve wished for and more!!

  Our package was all inclusive so we didn’t have to worry about a thing besides my dress and his suit!! They provided us with literally everything else needed!!

  We loved working with Above The Mist!

  We found Above the Mist just through google. We had never been to Tennessee prior to getting married, and they made it so easy to pursue this venue. They helped us with every aspect of our wedding. The venues they had we beautiful, the staff was amazing, and they supplied us with photography, florist, and information for other things that we needed!

  An amazing experience that I will cherish forever

  Abovethemist made my wedding day run SO smoothly. Everything ran timely and efficient. Communication was great. The venue was beautiful and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend this planning service, especially if you are planning a wedding from out of state.

  Gosh, I can not say enough about Above the Mist. Jake, Cierra and Stacey: thank you so much for making our day absolutely perfect. Personally, I was the type of bride who didn’t want much to do with planning so this was perfect for us. Any questions I had were answered quickly. They are SO kind. Our day was simple planning and spectacular the day of. Kat our photographer was amazing, she had so many ideas that I didn’t even need to tell her what shots I wanted because we did so many good ones! Last but not least, our minister, was truly amazing, she spoke so well, was kind and funny (which is what we wanted) haha!

  The most perfect wedding!!

  I have no words for how great this whole experience was- the view was absolutely breath taking, everyone was so nice, the minister was beyond excellent! I couldn’t think of one negative thing if I tried I’m beyond pleased with how everything went! They also really took all of the nerves away explaining everything when we got to the venue! They did everything all in one package- photography, venue, large cabin, reception food and tables and chair, flower girl petals, bouquet, grooms flowers, wedding cake, and so much more!!

  We could not have asked for a better experience for a wedding ceremony! Planning a ceremony from another state can be stressful, but the Above the Mist team made the entire process seamless. Everything fell into place perfectly on our wedding day. The view was absolutely amazing!! Our minister was phenomenal and our photographer made sure everything flowed perfectly. Our day was PERFECT! We can’t thank the team enough for planning all of the details to make our day extremely special! We would absolutely do it all over again!

  We could not be happier that we chose to have our special day with Above the Mist! They were so kind and accommodating to me and my family’s needs. They have great wedding packages for any budget and they have spectacular views for Venus choices! Their customer service is definitely exceptional!   Affordable and VERY easy to work with!

  I could NOT be happier with my experience at Above The Mist! My fiance and I had been going back and forth for a few weeks about possibly eloping and we decided on the spur of the moment on Friday to just do it! I called Above the Mist around 3 or so on Friday and asked them if there was any chance they could get us in for the next day and as luck would have it, they did have an opening!
  
  After arriving home, we packed frantically, and made the 6 hour trip to Gatlinburg. When we got there the next day, we met Stacy and the rest of the staff who were all very accommodating (especially with a rambunctious 4 year old in the mix).
  
  If you're looking to get away and tie the knot at a place that is not only beautiful but a place where you will be well taken care of, you need to give Above the Mist a call. You won't regret it!!!

  Best Day of My Life

  We attended a wedding by Above the Mist about 2 years ago. We knew at that time exactly where we were going to get married! Everyone at Above the mist were absolutely fantastic! Our wedding day was a dream come true! The mountain side in middle of December was perfect!

  Mountain Venue Dream Wedding

  We loved our experience with Above The Mist Wedding and Events. Although it did storm on our big day, they were able to make all of our mountain wedding dreams come true. Everything was planned in advanced and nothing was done without prior approval from us. They were super easy to work with and very accommodating especially with us being an out of state couple. We loved our minister who even spoke with each of us before the wedding to help make the ceremony more personable. The photographer we had was also amazing and was able to get us our pictures not only at the chapel but also had the mountain top venue we had wanted. It was truly the wedding of our dreams and we cannot recommend them enough.

  Thank you to the wonderful ladies that made our beautiful destination wedding happen. Couldn't ask for a better team, professional, understanding, and had everything we wanted with no stress. We had an October wedding 2021 and at the time Above the Mist wasn't able to do our cake. From being out of state, trust me, the stress free was not easy. But Destiny, Tosca, Brittany, Megan, and Stacey took my worries away! Gave us the best Cake Baker, Sweets Studio, which whatever you can think of Tiffany will accomplish! The pictures turned out beautiful, but how could they not with the amazing view😊 (these were taken by guests)The girls also took care of our reception and honeymoon cabins through Hemlock Hills resort. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rememberable, breathtaking, once in a lifetime experience don't hesitate to call! These girls will take care of all your needs!   Above the Mist was amazing! All of the venues that they have available are beautiful, but our Mountain View venue was spectacular! They have packages for all price points.   We had absoluletly no worries whats so ever!!

  Coming from another state to get married in TN, I was so nervous, but the ladies in the office are spectacular!! They took care of everything for me, our cake was perfect, the chapel is just unbelievable able and the pastor who married us is phenomenal! He had the best verbiage for our ceremony! We couldn't have asked for anything more on our day! Our photographer, yeah, she was my life support and I can not wait to see our wedding pictures!

  Amazing and Magical Experience

  Above The Mist went above and beyond my expectations making my wedding day that much more special. Anything and everything that I want and asked for, they made possible. Last minute changes that seemed stressful, they made happen in record time. There were no issues and they handled the day of very smoothly, all I had to worry about was getting ready and walking down to my husband.

  Wonderful team who made us feel like family

  Doing a destination wedding from Florida I was worried how it would work. The team at Above the Mist immediately took all my worries away. Destiney, Megan, and Leah were just three of the amazing ladies I worked with. They had so many options for every price range and helped us tailor the package to EXACTLY what we wanted - and the exceeded EVERY. SINGLE. expectation. Rev Jeff who officiated was so personable, so caring, just wonderful. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I would recommend them 100x over!! Absolutely perfect experience!

  Above the Mist was amazing!

  At first, we were nervous planning our wedding from out of state and all by email or phone. Above the Mist put our nerves at ease right away! From the beginning of the process, each person was quick to respond with helpful suggestions. Also, everyone was very friendly which made it a pleasant experience! It was so nice to have stress free wedding planning! … The Mountain View location was beautiful for a fall wedding! I would highly recommend Above the Mist to any family or friends that are looking!
