In the process of finding a wedding planner, we sat down for video calls with potential candidates over the course of several days. It only took us a few minutes after the last call to decide that Jess was absolutely the right choice. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and that meant so much to us, and this personalized care continued through the entire experience. Jess is a perfect wedding planner and day-of coordinator in so many ways – she is an effective communicator, she is very capable when it comes to managing vendors and parents of the bride/groom, and she is genuinely excited for her clients to celebrate their big day. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she was readily available for questions and communication with us and made sure there were no stones left unturned when it came to preparation. When our wedding day arrived with weather uncertainty, Jess and her assistant Jessi not only handled with ease switching the ceremony a couple times between indoors and outdoors, they also both made us feel so comfortable with the changes and ensured even if the weather wasn’t what we planned, it was the most beautiful and perfect day we ever could have imagined! We hired Jess as our day-of coordinator and I genuinely feel like it was the best choice we made for our big day. she went above and beyond for us truly. She is so extremely organized and attentive, I never had a doubt she had every detail under control and she proved that to be true! Jessi wrote our timeline and communicated with all of our vendors. We literally did not stress about a single thing on our wedding day because they were so on top of everything. From placing decorations, to tracking down groomsmen, they literally did it all with a smile on their faces.
