Mallory is an incredible wedding planner and coordinator! As a current grad school student, it was often challenging for me to pour over all of the wedding details as often as I would have liked to. But through a series of messages, shared Pinterest boards, and phone calls, Mallory was able to discern me and my (now) husband's exact taste, and help to make decisions even while we were both very busy. It gave us so much peace of mind to know that our wedding was in the hands of someone who understood our vision exactly, and could execute it even just from the meticulous notes she had taken.

I also appreciate how willing she was to go above and beyond to assist, from creating the arch for our ceremony to visiting venues on our behalf when we could not be in Tennessee ourselves! Mallory was always so willing to help, and to ease stress in anyway that she could.

Ultimately, through her eagerness to help and her ability to plan the wedding of our dreams, it became evident just how passionate she is about not only wedding planning itself but also about ensuring that clients are truly able to soak in and enjoy the most important day of their lives. I could not have asked for a better planner, I will always be grateful for all of her hard work and dedication!

Working with Mallory was an absolute dream. She was very responsive to all of my emails and any questions I had. She was flexible with meeting times since me and my husband both work 9-5. She was extremely professional and made our day stress free. She made sure vendors were where they were supposed to be, she made sure we stuck to our timeline, and she even helped with clean up. Every time I saw Mallory on the wedding day she was hustling it. She attended the rehearsal to help us with pacing, ceremony flow, and making sure the actual day went off without a hitch. She was very insightful with giving me things to consider when developing the timeline and with other various aspects of the wedding considering this was the first time we’ve ever planned a wedding. After the wedding several people asked me if it went smoothly and if there were any issues that arose, my honest answer was, I have no idea because if there were, Mallory took care of it. Mallory was amazing to work with and I highly recommend her for your wedding day! 

Mallory Hack was an excellent wedding coordination who I can highly recommend. We employed her as a “day of” coordinator since my daughter had done a lot of the early leg work already. She was invaluable when it came to coordinating all of our vendor, finalizing the time line and timing the ceremony. We were worried about “bottlenecks” during the event when it came to potential crowding during cocktail hour and water service during dinner. Mallory helped keep our event smooth and seamless. Mallory was prompt, organized and able to anticipate the needs of the bride and groom. She attended the rehearsal as well, giving great advice on timing and flow. Mallory put time into learning the wishes of the bride and groom and tailored her services to meet their needs. Mallory was enthusiastic from the start and all the way through the event. 5 stars!! 

Mallory was an excellent wedding planner for us. She searched tirelessly to find the perfect venue, looking across multiple states and even visiting when the travel would have been very inconvenient for us (we live in South Carolina, but got married in Tennessee).

Mallory made coordinating with vendors really quick and painless, taking significant stress off our plate. She also helped us make a lot of practical choices, letting us develop our fantasy/medieval theme without biting off more than we could handle.

Ultimately, we could not have made things work without her expertise, dedication, and willingness to work around our tricky logistics. Her assistance probably cut at least 3 months off of the planning process, along with immeasurable hassle.
