My goodness Davina is amazing! So personable and easy to talk to. Her ability to beautify is so very appreciated. She was able to keep my bridal look simple and mess-free, had me feeling myself like I have never before! Her airbrushing stayed with me all day, all night, and even in to the next day. Her products WORK. My skin was glowing, and I received so many compliments. Absolutely recommend! -

My Fiancé and I had decided to marry in a quite and intimate ceremony just the two of us. We didn’t want the stress of all the wedding stuff. So we found a place that would marry us on site and take care of all the details, such as the cake and ceremony. Gave other options for hair and makeup. I was pleased to hear this and also that they would come on site. So I called Pomp and artistry and booked my appointment for the big day. Davina was truly wonderful, I was a little nervous as I have highly sensitive skin and I don’t wear a lot of makeup. I asked if we could use some of make up cause I know that it would break me out. She was very supportive and worked with me and my concerns. At one point I felt like I was over done, but then she reminded me that in picture and with the dress on it would all come together. She was 💯 percent right. When we started doing my hair I didn’t even know what to do with it, because we were on site I was able to show her the dress and then she knew what to do. I felt amazing when I put my dress on and the look on my fiancé face was a moment that will always last a life time for me. She made the whole process easy, comfortable and soothed any worries that I had. I had no idea what to expect or how I would look and at the end she surpassed every expectation. She truly does hear and listen to her clients and wants the best for them. She genuinely cared about my feelings during the process and took the time to talk to me about any issue or aspect I had concerns with. Not only is she great with her clients she is unbelievable artist! I highly recommend her and would trust her 💯 %. -

The girls from Pomp & Artistry were great! They arrived right on time and flew through 8 of us doing hair and makeup. I know that my bridesmaids all felt so great about their hair and makeup and they listened to the girls and made sure to get what they were looking for, they really brought out the individuality of each girl which was so refreshing! They brought my hair vision to life and also incorporated my half flower crown perfectly. My makeup needed a few additional touches, but in the end turned out to be exactly what I wanted ( I wear brighter lip color, so I had to use my own bright red since they didn't have much in the way of bright). Overall, I'm so happy with the way that everyone looked in pictures, they looked beautiful as always, very much themselves, with just a little bit more glam! -

We had a very early morning and they showed up energetic and ready to go! Everyone looked beautiful and had a great time getting pampered :) I would highly recommend them to anyone! -

Kristen Sent on 10/12/2016This is actually the second wedding that I have had Pomp & Artistry do my hair/make up for (first my friend's two years ago, and now mine!) and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Davina was wonderful to work with and really helpful in helping me plan my big day look! Great value for full airbrush make up & up dos for my bridal party AND they came onsite to do all of it (which is GREAT because then you don't need to worry about wind/weather messing up they're work and it's far more relaxing). My make up was perfect and I couldn't believe how much hair they made me look like I had (I have long hair, but it's super fine/thin)... a couple of people actually asked me if I had extensions lol! 5 STARS! -

Megan Sent on 05/23/2016Davina and her team are rockstars. They did wonderful, flawless hair and makeup for six bridesmaids, one mistress of ceremonies, and two moms. They arrived early (!!!) on the day of, which is invaluable to a bride trying to adhere to a time line. We also had a flower girl who had special needs and they were wonderful and patient with her and her thousands of questions. Everyone's makeup not only looked good in the morning but also when we left the venue at 11:00 at night. -

She was able to help me figure out the best thing for my hair and makeup based on my face shape, style I was going for and the weather. Totally trusted my hair and makeup in her hands! Not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable and the airbrush makeup is amazing! -

The team is amazing. I loved that they had drinks, cookies, candies and relaxing music. Perfect for a nervous bride-to-be! My groom cried when he saw me. He never cries! Thanks so much to the Davina and her amazing team!

User1860589 Sent on 10/13/2014Davina was great. She had me come for a hair trial where I tried to explain what I was envisioning and she made it happen. The day of the wedding she and another of her artists came right to my hotel room to do my hair and makeup and also my bridesmaid's hair and my mom's hair and makeup. We gave them and timeline and they finished perfectly and everyone looked gorgeous. My groom almost cried when he saw how beautiful I looked. She was very timely with all her communication, and helped me with timing to make everything come together on the wedding day.Pomp & Artistry's reply:

A Perfect Fit
These ladies were fantastic. I could not have been happier with how things worked out.
Davina responded quickly to emails and it was clear very quickly that they could do exactly what I was looking for. It took us a little while to find a time to do my trial but she was willing to work with me till we found a time that worked for both of us.
It was important to me that me and my bridesmaids could all get ready together and I was so excited when Davina told me that they could come and do everything at my parents’ house. It was a full house but they calmly worked around my little nieces and helpers taking decorations to the reception venue. It was a bit chaotic but it made me feel so secure being in a familiar place with my closest friends.
And the results were wonderful. My make up felt and looked natural. It lasted all day. My hair was exactly what I envisioned and despite being naturally straight as a rail Davina got it to curl beautifully. It stayed in place till the end of the evening when I was having fun on the dance floor. It was all perfect.
