Wedding Hair & Makeup in Grand Haven

For some reason I had a terrible time finding a salon in the Grand Haven area for my wedding day. Several of the places were over priced, not professional, or not accessible. When I found The Salon it was an instant stress reliever. Margaret was great at helping me with trial runs to find just the right style to complete my bridal look and on the big day we had it down to a science. Only complaint is that they had standing appointments that they didn't reschedule so we had our bridal party going on at the same time as regular customers. Would have preferred to have the privacy and place to ourselves but still very worth it and would recommend to others.

The girls at Nature's Envy were wonderful! My bridesmaids and I had our hair done there and I had my make up done and everyone looked fantastic! My wedding was outdoors at the beach and Danielle put so much hairspray in my hair, it didn't move an inch. Still looked the same at the end of the night! Just what I wanted. The girls were all very friendly! Rachael, is the one who colored and highlighted my hair a few weeks before the wedding and in a couple weeks I'm going back so she can chop my hair and give me a new do. The prices are a little high, but that might just be me, I usually get hair cuts at Great Clips and hair dye at the grocery store. But the end results are fantastic! I'm very much looking forward to going back for my hair cut!

Dakota at Studio 206 did an amazing job on my hair for my wedding. I told her what I was wanting and showed her some pictures and she created a hair style that was beautiful and unique. She captured exactly what I was wanting!

Kasi did my hair and makeup on my wedding day as well as my mom's and mother-in-law's! When I went to my trial with her I knew I made the right choice. I clicked with her instantly and she made me feel so comfortable. On my wedding day she kept me calm and went above and beyond to make sure I looked my best. My hair and makeup lasted all day and night. She was so helpful and I can't say enough good things about her! I'm so thankful that she was there with me on my big day and I will definitely be going back to her for any future hair/makeup needs!

I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding day and could not have been more happy with how it turned out. It was exactly what I had hoped for. They were very flexible with the timeline for the wedding day and provide a really high quality of service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great ladies and salon!! Hair and makeup was perfect!! Had such fun there, would go again if I’m in town. Was a little nervous booking across the state for our wedding. Not only did I look amazing the prices were great too!
