    Very Positive Experience!!

    We used Savvy for our tent and dance floor rental, as well as silverware rental for our wedding. Everyone we connected with there was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tent was perfect for our outdoor event, and they were able to set it up at a time that worked perfectly with our schedule. We would definitely recommend them and use them again if we have another event in Maine.

    Rental for wedding on 09/25/2021

    The customer experience was excellent with Savvy Rental. We changed our order for items we needed to rent 7 times, they were always so prompt to get back to me with a revised and updated quote. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding or event. Thank you!

    Top-tier and worth every penny

    Saavy did an amazing job with our wedding! We switched around our order and tent choice at least 3 times and they were always fast to respond and happy to talk through what would be the best plan. Their staff were all very nice the day of set-up and seemed happy to work for Saavy (always a good sign). Our tent was gorgeous! Truly a scene from Narnia or the Weasley tent from the 8th Harry Potter (if you know, you know). I would highly recommend Saavy to anyone getting married in Maine.

    Great to work with!

    We used Savvy Event Rentals for our wedding and they were great! They were so flexible with us when we needed to add things last minute and were even willing to hold a tent for us with a low deposit so that we could make a weather-based decision closer to the day-of! They were always very responsible and got back to me quickly when I had questions. They were even flexible with the drop-off and pick-up and let our venue take care of all that. 10/10 would recommend!

    Great rental experience!

    We had a great experience working with Savvy for our wedding rentals. They were easy to work with and quick to respond to all of our questions. They accommodated our special delivery requests, and we especially loved the farm tables and wooden cocktail tables that we rented from them, which were nicer than we were able to find anywhere else in southern Maine. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend renting from Savvy!

    We recently used Savvy Event Rental for our wedding in Ogunquit, Maine. They provided a beautiful tent and dance floor and everything else we needed to throw a great reception. The quality of the rental equipment was impressive. Haylee Munson helped us through the entire process making everything so easy for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The Savvy teem was fast and professional with set up and break down. Thank you so much for making our wedding run so smoothly. We highly recommend them for any event!

    Incredibly professional and understanding when I had questions or changes. We forgot to add the sweetheart table to our rental order and they made sure to remind us to also order the table linens and everything that goes with that addition. That's what you need when you're planning a wedding a la carte like we did.

    Renting linen through Savvy was a positive experience. Although they do not typically carry the linen needed for my event, they were able to get the size and color linens I was hoping to use for my event. The staff was friendly and professional. We were able to communicate through email, which made it easier to plan a wedding in York, while living in Augusta.

    We had a great experience working with Savvy for our wedding! We first started working with them when they were originally Party Plus. As they transitioned into Savvy the quality of service did not change and remained absolutely amazing. Kelsey was so helpful and responsive to all of my questions. We got all of our rentals through them with the exception of linens and flatware/silverware since my caterer took care of that, but we totally could have gotten it through them! The 120 x 40 high pole tent looked so good at our venue if you are having a large wedding (170-200). We highly recommend SAVVY for your rental needs no matter what event. Next time we need rentals we will definitely be going back to them! Thank you Kelsey for all of your hard work!

    I can't say enough wonderful things about Savvy Event Rental. Kelsey, a customer service representitive was incredible! She made a personal connection quickly and became one of my favorite vendors right away.
    Savvy was quick, efficient, professional, and was able to accommodate a last minute request for the wedding only days before the event.
    I would hire them 10x over.

    I had the pleasure of working with Party Plus for Harvest on the Harbor in Portland, ME this October and they are nothing short of amazing!! We had 10 events spanning 5 days and countless changes to the rental order (including some very last minute changes). They fulfilled everything with ease. If they personally didn't have something, they got it for us. Their attention to detail and navigating the logistics of deliveries and pick-ups to multiple venues/events (5 in one day!) was superb. We rented everything from tables, chairs and linens to cooking equipment and plates/flatware for a 6 course seated dinner. There is nothing this team couldn't do. They are professional and at the same time truly make you feel like part of their family. Susan, Chuck, Hannah and the rest of the Party Plus team - we can't thank you enough for all of your assistance with Anthem's first year working on Harvest on the Harbor!

    We rented our tent, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, etc. from Party Plus and I have nothing but great things to say about working with them from start to finish. Kelsey, our point of contact at their office, was not only super nice and helpful at fielding all of my questions but was beyond on top of it when I had changes to our contract and new requests. Even after the 100th email exchange she could not have been more professional, speedy or sweet. Thanks Kelsey! To top it all off, their site visit and setup staff were just as great and even managed to set up our tent in a massive rainstorm of all things. I would definitely recommend them for a wedding, party or other event great or small. LOVED working with them.

    We were absolutely thrilled with the quality customer service provided by Party Plus. Even a last minute change to our tent size proved to be a breeze when working with their staff over the phone! Our tent was as easy to set up as they said it would be, and even easier to disassemble the next day. Pick up and drop off was a cinch, and the staff was eager to help. We highly recommend Party Plus!

    Our experience with Party Plus was great! They were incredibly friendly, quick to return emails and calls, very reasonably priced, and it was in all honestly some of the best customer service I've received. It gets hectic planning a wedding... and Party Plus offered to work directly with our venue on delivery and storage of the rental chairs for our ceremony. It was going above and beyond, when it matters most - your event! We were in great hands and I would recommend them to anyone. :-)

    Party plus was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Hannah responded to and dealt with all of my craziness in a timely and supportive manner. As I was my own wedding planner, she calmed my nerves and made me laugh through her confidence and knowledge. The rentals were clean and on time and the set-up guys were happy (at least they pretended) to accommodate my last minute changes.

    Thank you Party Plus Tent & Events Rentals for your part in making Harvest on the Harbor 2013 such a successful event!!!! I had such a wonderful experience working with Susan and her team. They made sure my requests were met and delivered in a professional and efficient manner both before the event and on-site. They communicated when there were potential challenges which gave me the ability to react effectively and seamlessly. They were flexible and concise with my numerous rental needs and fulfilled all of my requests as they arose including multiple turnovers and room sets. Susan and Chuck never skipped a beat!! I cannot express my gratitude for their work ethic, professionalism and overall execution. Party Plus provides high quality rental products with a fabulous team to back that up! From the planning stages to the final invoice, I am impressed with their operation and look forward to doing more events with them in the future!! Great job!!!

    We worked with Party Plus for our wedding and had a fantastic experience start to finish. From the very first phone call many months ago, everyone at Party Plus has been extremely helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with.

    We had to adjust our order a number of times, switch tents, table sizes, etc, and they never made it seem like a big deal, even though we're sure it was annoying at times. We really appreciated that and cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were traveling on Thursday when everything was being delivered, and were really pleased (but not surprised) to find all the rentals were at our venue and in the correct places by the time we arrived. The tent was amazing - the perfect size for the venue location.

    Our daughter had a 'destination' wedding for 150 in Maine last June. The theme was sort of 'elegant garden party'. Long distance planning made everything seem more chaotic. Then I found PartyPlus. They are THE most professional people I dealt with during the entire planning. We ended up ordering everything from them. Their staff was available, reassuring, patient and helpful with planning and referral for other services. Most important, everything arrived as and when promised. The large pole tent (40x80) was gorgeous! Everything arrived in pristine condition. The installers had the tent up with no delay but, remained and responded patiently to any question I had. They demonstrated how to put down the wall sections. We did end up using them and it couldn't have gone smoother. While we had a fairly significant budget, I was still conscious of every penny. Their reasonable prices made me wonder if I was getting 2nd class equipment. I asked them and they were not insulted but assured me their products were as described and equivalent to their competitors. Their manner was so professional, I chose to believe them. I am so glad I did. The wedding was beautiful, memorable and great fun. I can't credit PartyPlus with the weather but, their contribution to the overall ambiance was so significant. My daughter's wedding was exactly what she wanted and PartyPlus was responsible for so much of that outcome. We were so pleased, we've decided to use them again for a family reunion in August. P.S. Don't be dissuaded by competitors who bad mouth PartyPlus with scary warnings. I received those unprofessional calls and emails. I can only believe that these 'fancy' companies are losing business to the more reasonably priced and more professionally mannered PartyPlus.

    Party plus provided excellent service. The customer service associates were very patient and answered all of our questions when we went into their store to select the tent and dinner ware for our reception.
