Lorraine's wasn't my original vendor. They had to pick up where my previously bad vendor left off. They provided quality service in such a limited amount of time.

I got such a great deal on such a beautiful dress! Not only that, but Lorraine was able to recommend a superb tailor who was able to alter my dress in only a couple of weeks. Lorraine is great. The only reason I rated professionalism lower is because one of the girls who works there (and you will recognize her if she's still there) is very immature and irritating. Other than this girl, my experience was very pleasant.

I got a bridesmaid's dress here for a wedding that I was in. I thought I had walked into a consignment shop at first. There is a large selection of dresses, but no real area to try them on. I was never measured just told I needed a much larger size. The alterations done were horrible and the dress still did not fit correctly. The shoes that we were given were not the shoes that we had ordered.
