I cannot say enough wonderful things about John LoConte Photography. He does his job exceptionally well. We hired John for our Halloween wedding and we are more than happy we did. He was polite, personable but professional, friendly and very reasonably-priced. His style of photography is what really struck me when I first saw his work. He has a very unique style and I could tell that he captured absolutely every moment that we would want to remember about our wedding day. Throughout the time from when I first hired him to when my wedding day came, I emailed him about every 2 months to check in and tell him which photos on his website had caught my eye and every time he responded and acknowledged my requests. I have not seen all our pictures yet, but I did see 2 of them that he showed me and both of them captured the very essence of our wedding. I would highly recommend John and his services for all your photography needs...you will not be disappointed.

We absolutely couldn't be happier to have found John. He photographed my sister-in-law's wedding back in February, and though we'd actually already hired him by the time of her wedding, once we saw her photos we were even more excited for him to do ours. He makes the simplest things look great! We love his artistic style! John was incredibly easy to work with and really fast to respond to any E-Mails, etc. During the actual wedding, John managed to take tons of photos without "being in the way." (Not all photogs can manage this.) He was never pushy and knew how to work with what he had to get great shots. John has definitely become a friend over the time we've known him- he's talented and also a great guy. Very fair prices as well, because he loves what he does.

John is amazing. Extremely talented, super professional, very responsive and most importantly a great great person.
As any bride would, I started off my emailing a whole bunch of photographers. John was the only photographer who's email did not sound like it was copied and pasted from a . Right from the get go, he made all of our experiences personal.
On the day of the wedding, his professionalism shined through. I think all of us have been to weddings where every picture you take, the photographer's behind is the biggest thing in the picture. This would never happen with John! He was never intrusive, yet amazingly he captured all of the most important and special moments from the most amazing angles. This can only be explained as magical.
Another amazing quality about John is that he works astonishingly quickly! We've already received edited photos from our wedding which was held not even 2 weeks ago. All of the wedding pictures are to die for. I've showed numerous people already and all I get are rave comments about the photographer!
I will definitely be asking John to capture all of my life's most precious moments in the future. (I gave him 5 stars, but in all honesty he deserves 10!)

Now that we've picked our jaws up off the floor, it is time to officially say that John LoConte is the best photographer hands down. From the moment we met John we were instantly impressed with his portfolio. We were in the market for something photojournalistic; someone to capture emotion instead of structured or set pictures, and to find a photographer that is able to do just that was very important to us. When you look at his photographs you feel how passionate he is about his profession. He has a way of showcasing his amazing talent into some of the most beautiful art you will ever see.
On the big day, John arrived with his wife, who is also an amazing talent, and together they worked the night like I've never seen. Literally. You never knew they were there and yet the shots were fantastic! To some it is important that the photographer not be intrusive to the event, and everyone raved ?you couldn?t see the photographer? yet they knew he was everywhere working his magic.
On a more emotional level, he was communicative, friendly, up front about everything from portfolio to pricing, and delivered on every expectation we had. John has a way of making you feel completely comfortable, someone you can say to yourself "I can trust him with the most important day of my life."
An incredibly talented artist; a magnetic personality; a diamond in the rough. John LoConte is truly the choice you want to make; you will not regret it! We?ll definitely be using JohnLo Photography for future events. We appreciate you and can not thank you enough for everything!

I could not say more about JohnLo and his photography. He is an amazing photographer. Capturing moments that will be remembered for a lifetime. I would recommend him for any event that you would like to have photographed, or maybe be just a photo session with your family and friends. My husband and I are going to have a hard time picking out our favorite pictures, they were all so great!!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

All I can say is WOW!! I don't think there is enough room for me to write all I have to say about how outstanding his work, attitude and professionalism is. You can see how much he loves what he is doing because it shows in the quality of work he produces. John was extremely receptive to any and all ideas for my wonderful day. He got all the great shots and more along with some candid shots that I know the family and us will love to have from that day. I highly recommend JohnLo Photography for any and all your occasions that you want to have captured in time.

We would definitely recommend John to anyone who is looking for an excellent and affordable wedding photographer. We were happy to see how great our wedding pictures came out as soon as we got back from our honeymoon, less than 2 weeks after the wedding! We also got many comments throughout the wedding about what a nice guy he was. He was very easy to contact throughout the whole planning process and was eager to answer any questions we had. His prices are unbeatable, especially when you consider that all of his packages include a disc of all of the images and the rights!

I booked JohnLoPhoto the minute I met John LoConte because his professionalism and portfolio gave me a sense of quality... and boy did he deliver. I signed the contract with him six months prior to my wedding in Cape Cod. In those six months, he emailed me numerous times to update me on his new work so I can get a sense of the style of photos I would like for my own wedding. As the big day drew closer, he followed up with me to get a "shotlist" and in looking back at my photos, he got a shot of everything on that list (and then some). John arrived at the hotel room as me and my bridesmaids were getting ready, and he just hopped right in, documenting the chaos without adding to it. He was unobtrusive, and captured the moments beautifully and artistically. He then went to see the groom and his groomsmen, and this was priceless, to see photos of the guys pinning their boutonnieres and giving toasts prior to the ceremony. When we arrived at the venue, John proceed to take group photos and communicated effectively with us to get the right shots within the limited timeframe. He again captured the essence of the friendships within the groups. During the ceremony and reception, I hardly ever saw John, because he was so discrete, but when I saw the photos I was amazed at how well he photographed every detail, from the linens, to the party favors, and of course all the guests and family members. He did an outstanding job. I would say my favorite thing that he delivered were our couples photos. Immediately following the ceremony, John came in the limo with us and took some of the most amazing photos I have ever seen. We arrived at the beach and only had 30 minutes to take family and bride/groom photos. Within this short time, he managed to get 20+ people to pose and end up with 30+ perfect photos of us (all eyes open and smiling... that's an accomplishment!) He also took the most amazing photos of my new husband and I, they are actually beyond words. Long story short, I would HIGHLY recommend JohnLo Photography for any bride who is looking for vibrant photos that will tell your story forever. He truly is so naturally talented and you'll be so happy with your photos. Everyone has asked me how I found him, and have had numerous friends book with him as a result. I would book him ASAP before his calendar fills up!

John was the most professional, friendly and accommodating photographer! The pictures he captured of our special day were amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything better!!! He took everything we thought of for pictures and made it even better! My family and friends loved him too!
It was so hard to pick which prints to order from our package because they were all so great! We have proudly displayed as many as we could on the walls of our house so we can look at them all the time!
I have given his card out to friends and family looking for a great photographer and we will be sure to use his services again in the future!

We hired John in December to be our photographer at our wedding on April 4th 2009. We couldn't be more happy with his services. He was eager to meet with us a few weeks before the event (our decision) and actually see our vision in the actual wedding space. He offered many ideas and was attentive to what WE wanted and the style we were looking for. He just hid in the shadows and never got in the way of our guests. His warm smile and personality throughout the wedding really made it easy for our guests to have their pictures taken considering we had an older crowd. Our pictures came out amazing! His distinct style and love for photography definitely shines in his pictures. His use of lighting and odd angles makes our memories very uniquely portrayed in our wedding album. We will definitely be using him again and it was a wonderful experience.
Thank you very much John for capturing our special day! You did a great job and we can't thank you enough.

Planning and paying for a wedding is stressful enough and it seems when you are looking around for prices with different vendors the price automatically doubles as soon as you say "wedding". Not with John! John LoConte is not only reasonable and realistic with his prices, but he is professional, compassionate, down to earth, listens to you, gets to know you as a person, and it all shows in his work. John's photography is not just his "job" and it shows through his pictures. I would and do recommend John LoConte to anyone who is looking for a photographer, look no more!

John is an amazing photographer. He is very artistic and creative which is nice as our wedding photos are just basic poses like alot of photographers. He is very caring, kind, professional, and is phenominal with a camera. His fiance' assisted him with his equipment, however, he asked if that would be okay first. We were so thankful that she came along as she was a huge help with so many things that weren't even with the photography package. She helped set up our champagne and cake table, flowers, decor, even filmed the ceremony for us with our video camera and they didn't charge us a penny extra for any of that help. Honestly, she should be a professional decorator! The two of them were an absolute joy to have. John takes amazing photography and we would use him again in a heart beat. His prices are more than fair, especially considering how great his work is and how kind he is. It is rare to find a photographer of such great quality work to have the whole package with personality as well. If you are in the market for an excellent photographer and you are on a tight budget, you will not go wrong with John. His work is worth way more than his prices. The best part is that he gave us a cd with all photos and the copyright to them. We didn't have to fuss with picking out photos, what we could afford to buy, etc. We can print photos whenever we want! John, you are a blessing to everyone. Thank you for capturing the most important day of our lives and doing an impeccable job as well. We adore you!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about John and the work he does. His passion for his profession comes through in the wonderful pictures he takes. Not only is John dedicated, flexible, warm, and friendly but his prices are extremely reasonable which is so helpful to a couple paying for their wedding. His pictures come out amazing. He now has a customer for life and I am sure I will ask John to photograph the many other milestones in my life!
