John did a great job photographing our wedding. About a month before our wedding, he asked if we minded if he brought along a new assistant in training -- who also is great. If they continue together, they will be a great team as she has a different eye for things. The pricing is what caught my eye for John and his great reviews sealed the deal. I have wedding photos printed all over the house, they are all so gorgeous.

I LOVE John! I am a bride who hates waiting for responses. John NEVER made me wait. I would always get responses right away (like within an hour) which I really appreciated. My now husband and I mainly picked him for two reasons. One was his candid photos were the most heart-warming and beautiful out of all the photographers with whom we met. He seemed to really capture the love and happiness between the couples. I like how he was also really good at giving an artsy feel to a lot of his photos as well. The 2nd reason we chose him was his personality. We were SO comfortable with him. He was SO nice and friendly, and was just such a genuine person. I felt he was truly invested (as much as I was) in the excitement of my wedding day and having great pictures to remember it by. If you hire him, I promise you will not regret it, he's a great value and deserves the perfect score I gave him.

John LoConte is amazing!!! We had such a wonderful time working with John and love his work. John made the process of selecting a photographer so simple. After several meetings with other larger companies who only sent consultants to meet with us, John was a breath of fresh air! It was such a pleasure to meet with the actual photographer who would be taking our pictures. We used John for both an engagement shoot and our wedding photos. The pictures came out quickly and amazing. John was so easy to work with, professional, fun and made us feel so comfortable. We love the creative/photojournalistic style of his photography and will be sure to call on John in the future to any other needs. Thank you John for an amazing job and an amazing experience!

Like some many other brides, I have only positive things to say about my experience with John! He is incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We even had him hiking up the side of a mountain for our engagement pictures and he did it with a smile. Our wedding pictures are perfect--a great mix between formal family shots and fun moments at the reception. Somehow John managed to inconspicuously get a picture of every important moment without me asking him to take the photo. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an easy-going and pleasant photographer who genuinely seems to love his job.

I can not say enough great things about John. He is so much more then an amzing photographer. He is an amazing person with a huge heart and true passion for what he does. He came all the way out to western Ma to shoot our engagement photos in the middle of winter and had no problem hiking in 3 ft. of snow. It has been a week now since we got married at the Publick House in Sturbridge and it feels like a lifetime. It was so amazing but such a blur. I can not wait to see our pictures because I know that John has captured every moment in away on he could. I can not thank him enough and look forward to using him again for future photography needs!!!!

I discovered John a few years back when he was the photographer for my sister and brother in-laws wedding. When I saw the Pictures he took for their wedding I was amazed and knew I had to have him for my wedding someday! fortunately John was available for our wedding this past August. My husband and I couldn't have been more excited! We were married August 27th 2011 in Cohasset Ma the weekend of hurricane Irene! Having the weather not be ideal, John put my nerves at ease and made us feel confident we would get the pictures we wanted. He delivered! Our pictures were better then we could have imagined! John has such a artistic way of capturing moments not just your typical wedding pictures. He was professional, easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend John to anyone!

We had our engagement shoot with John, wedding day, and looking forward to our "dress session" with him as well. John is beyond sweet, helpful, and mostly fun! He listens and does his best to meet your needs as a bride and groom. He has an amazing eye for photography and captures moments you may not even known had happened. We only wish we could have had 4 or 5 or 10 Johns at our wedding to keep every single moment alive through pictures. John was absolutely amazing! He was so warm, funny and made us unbelievably comfortable during the whole day/night! We knew his pictures were amazing but his professionalism and warm but helpful direction gave us confidence and made the entire day easy and stress free. We had John shoot our July 29, 2011 wedding, and couldn't be more pleased. He was such a pleasure to work with and so so so nice! We received our CD's of photos just a week and a half after the wedding! I couldn't believe how fast he got them to us. Our photos came out beautiful and we are so happy!

I (the groom) was tasked with selecting the photographer as I am an enthusiast. After interviewing several other photographers before making our selection, John was the least pretentious, charged the least, offered the most (immediate copyright release!), and uses Nikon! (inside). His demeanor was screaming "I have the best 'job' in the world" and that was something I was looking for specifically.

We had John do our engagement photos and (obviously) our wedding. The engagement photos received rave reviews, especially some that were non-traditional (I'd say) like when our heads weren't in the picture.

During the wedding, we only had a few shots that we wanted and he accommodated us. We left the rest up to him as to where we went etc and all the photos were a hit. We cannot say enough about what a great person he is not to mention a talented photographer. You will not be disappointed!

Loved, loved, LOVED working with John! We hardly knew he was shooting throughout the ceremony and reception, but the shots he got were absolutely stunning. My new husband and I could not be happier with our decision to go with John Loconte of JohnLo Photography as our photographer for the most special day of our lives! John is so outgoing and easy to get along with - our family and friends loved him! His photos are beautiful and he definitely has a unique photojournalistic approach but will also be more than happy to provide some more traditional photos as we had. He is flexible and willing to work with any ideas you have. He is also the most reasonable as many of the other photogs we originally met were outrageously priced. John was amazing to work with! As somebody who is VERY uncomfortable in front of a camera, John not only put my husband and I totally at ease but also delivered beautiful photos for an affordable price. Turnaround time was extremely fast (less than two weeks). I could not believe how unobtrusive he was; I kept commenting that "I don't remember him being there for that!" as we looked through the pictures. Would recommend without hesitation and plan to use again in the future.
