Jen was one of the most amazing people I have ever been able to work with! My husband and I enjoyed her company when we took the engagement photos and she got us to come out of our shell and show our true colors in our photos. She also captured some of the most amazing moments that I could never have even imagined for our wedding! I am so happy that I am going to have those memories to keep with me and show our children someday!

Jen is an excellent photographer and she took both smoking and lovely boudoir shots that I gave to my husband as a wedding gift. She is so much fun and made me feel so relaxed during my session. It was so much fun! And the look on my husband's face when he opened his gift- complete shock! All he could say was wow. Jen is very talented and I am very happy with the way the photos turned out. She does an impressive job!
I definitely recommend one of her marathon sessions (hair, makeup, and a 1 hour shoot) for a gift for a husband / significant other or even yourself!

The photography of our wedding day was absolutely spectacular! Jen did an great job capturing many special moments throughout the day, including formal pictures at the church, outdoor pictures before the reception, candid shots throughout the day and critical shots along the way. Great photos we will cherish forever!

There aren't words to describe Jen and her love of photography! Jen was with us from day one for our Las Vegas wedding and she was always chipper and excited to be photographing our wedding activities. We were so comfortable with her and absolutely loved having her around. All of our friends and family thought she was "one of the girls!" She's not about the posed pictures but moreso of capturing the emotion in the moment and that's what we appreciated about her work! We have already seen previews of our photos and absolutely love them - we never doubted that they would come out amazing! Jen is very easy going and is very upfront if there are any issues that may come into play. I wished she was near us so that we could use her in the future. She's a great person and has an amazing passion for photography!

I would highly recommend using JK Photography for any event that you need a photographer, more then just engagement and wedding photos! She does an amazing job and makes you feel comfortable and the most important and beautiful person in the world!

We love Jen! She did a fabulous job through it all. From the moment we met her we knew she was going to be our photographer. Our engagement pictures were a blast to do despite the cold, rainy/snowy weather. They turned out great. Next were my B-pics which were so fun! And leading up to my wedding day...I knew I had nothing to worry about! She took care of it all and they came back phenomenal! I would recommend anyone to JK Photography who is looking for a fun, outgoing, creative, and real photographer! Thank you Jen!

Jen is a great photographer. We were very satsifyed with our photos. The only hang-up was with deposits - our date was post-poned for extenuating circumstances and she was the only vendor who would not give us a refund. Just somthing to note, I would just reccomend being absolutley certain of your date before you book. She really is a great talent in Michigan. Thanks, hope this is helpful.

We took Jen to Jamaica for 3 days for our destination wedding. She was awesome! She was very easy going and fun to work with. Our pictures turned out AMAZING! We are so glad that we hired Jen.

The first thing I should say is that I LOVE JEN!! I was married in the summer of 2008 and Jen was the most wonderful decision I made for my wedding. I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone I can. Jen did my engagement photos, Boudoir photos and wedding day photographs and each session turned out PERFECT. Instantly you are at ease with Jen. On top of liking her, Jen's work is awesome - just check out her blog and you will see that. I had a number of special request photos for my wedding day and Jen did each and everyone, which I really appreciated :-) Jen is passionate about Photography and I hope you choose her for your wedding! Jen was an absolute DELIGHT to work with over the course of the year from when we booked her through the wedding. She photographed our engagement session, a boudoir session, and then the big day!
I liked Jen right from the start because of her flexibility. When I first e-mailed her to inquire about her services, I saw that engagement photos were part of the package. Since we were living on the other side of the state at the time with hectic school/work schedules, I asked if we could take that out of the package. She said of course - or she could drive across the state to photograph us! Also, thanks to living away from the area, when we first met to discuss hiring her she was willing to meet on a Sunday afternoon - one of the few available times I had since I was checking out so many different vendors that weekend.
Every time I spoke/e-mailed with Jen, she seemed truly enthusiastic about the wedding. I could tell photographing our wedding wasn't going to be "just a job" for her - she's really passionate about what she does. Her excitement is infectious, and it helped keep all of us going through a long day of photographing.

Jen was absolutely amazing! We originally chose her because of her artsy-photo journalistic style and never regretted our decision. Our engagement and wedding photos all turned out fabulously. Jen was highly flexible, energetic, and exceptionally professional. Plus, her price packages are more than reasonable for what you end up getting. I will definitely use her for future photos...I might even get some photo lessons from her.
