I am very disappointed in this vendor. I sought Melissa's service because I was new in town & had no idea where to start with my wedding in Las Vegas. From our first appointment, it has been one challenge after another. She started by giving us the incorrect address for our first site visit to locate a wedding venue, and the hits just kept on coming as follows:

She sent documents that were to be used for invitation/guest information that were riddled with typos & were samples without our wedding information but someone else's

She did not follow up with vendors as the contract stated she would do

She did not seek/secure a new location once View 2.1.5. (original wedding venue) went out of business

She contacted my cousin to ask him to help you find a new location for our wedding rather than actively seeking a suitable location on herr own like her contract indicates

She did not work with Gina from RRCC to ensure that all details were taken care of, so my wedding had no rose petals down the isle & my reception did not have the candy buffet that I requested

She did not confirm availability of Maggiano's before sending information/menus for rehearsal dinner & they were booked until 10:00 pm on 6/24

She referred a photographer (Serbern Coleman) based on her personal friendship & not his professional track record & we ended up firing him before he did any work for us because he was full of excuses & had no reliable transportation

She did not work to secure transportation. Ted (my husband) located transportation before she got back to us

She did not respond to email inquiries from my bridal party as needed

She did not ensure that transportation arrived on time for rehearsal & she was not on site to reassure my guests when said transportation was late, causing worried phone calls from my guests

She invoiced my Sister-in-law for additional expenses without first deducting $10 for the ribbon & river rocks that were not used at my wedding & that she did not bring as requested

She neglected to secure ADA compliant transportation for my father. She indicated that there is no ADA compliant shuttle transportation. After a quick Google search, Ted (my husband) discovered that her statement was untrue

She stood motionless at the rehearsal until she was prompted to do something

Half of my wedding cake ended up in the garbage because she had the top layer sliced & set out at the very end of my reception instead of having the pieces wrapped for my guests to take & enjoy later, and her response was simply to shrug her shoulders

Instead of correcting her lapses in service in a professional manner, she was defensive and passive aggressive. She was only responsible for a few small details, as the venue that my husband eventually found on his own came with it's own planner/services. I shudder to think what my wedding would have been like had I relied on her to plan the entire thing.

Melissa has proved herself to be disorganized, unethical,and immature. She does this on the side & it shows. Hire her at your own risk!

Forever and a Day made my special day perfect. I didn't have to worry about a thing and every worry or stress was taken care of. My husband and I put together a wedding on a very small budget and Forever and a Day helped with every detail and made it gorgeous with the total cost coming in under budget. I appreciate so much the services provided and I don't know what I would have done without the help from coordinating bridesmaid fittings to making the bouquets to the invaluable help with set up and coordination on the wedding day. Everytime I would get worried about something, I was assured that it was taken care of. My guests and bridal party were so impressed with how everything ran smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Thank you SO SO much!!

The centerpiece were gorgeous. everyone loved them and they were exactly what I wanted

I used Forever and a Day for the bridal party flowers at my daughter-in-law's wedding after getting quotes from several florists. The silk flowers we had for the wedding were beautiful, and only about 10% of the costs of fresh flowers. It was not only a terrific value, but a lasting treasure for the entire bridal party.

Melissa from forever and a day was AMAZING!! We used her to make silk flower bouquets, she worked WITH us to pick out the actual flowers, explained the whole way through what she was doing, and hoiw she planned for them to look and they came out beautifully!!! I would reccomend them to anyone :)
