My husband and I got married on September 14, 2009 at Honeymoon Island, Dunedin, Florida. I was on a K1 visa and had just arrived from the Philippines. We had very little time to prepare for our wedding considering the nature of the visa. We applied for our marriage license on September 9 and immediately began making wedding plans.
Coming from a country where wedding plans take more or less a year to prepare, I must admit, I was lost on how and where to begin. It helped that, in some ways, we at least had a picture of what kind of wedding we wanted: simple & intimate ceremony, beach wedding, at sunset, a symbolic heart on the sand in rose petals, sunflower bouquet and on the water reception.
I found our wedding officiant, Rev. Deborah Walker, online. I immediately called her up. Upon her answering I heard her sweet voice on the other line. Even on the phone, I could feel the serene aura that embodied her whole being. She was so patient in explaining to me about the different ceremonies she officiates. She was so accomodating, considerate, flexible and very professional.
I believe one of the best things I like about Rev. Walker is she makes sure that the couple had the best of everything on their special day. When we arrived at Oasis Beach, Honeymoon Island. Rev. Walker was already waiting. It was our first meeting with her, and yet it was like we have known her for years. She showed kindness and generosity even to our wedding party, she immediately put allof us at ease. She briefed my husband of the content of the ceremony and made necessary adjustments based on our needs. She was also very helpful in the preparation of our symbolic heart on the sand, which my family and friends back home found not only romantic but also very unique.
Our wedding ceremony was everything we wanted. Being a Catholic, I appreciated it very much that she ended our wedding vow with a very nice prayer. We were also very grateful to her for assisting us with the paperwork and completion of our marriage license. It was a dream come true, and we couldn't have made it without Rev. Walker.
To her we will be forever grateful! To future brides, we highly endorse her...

I was completely satisfied with all the help and services provided by A Florida Wedding Ceremony. Michael and Debbie were wonderful. All of my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. They are great people; friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their services for anyone interested in having a beach ceremony (or any other type) for their wedding. I am trying to talk my son into going that route as well, even though we all live here in New York. Our deepest appreciation for all they did in making our day absolutely beautiful!

Deborah was the first person I contacted and off the bat, she was warm caring and compassionate. I was extremely scared and wanted something that was tasteful and simple and she provided that. Within 5 minutes of first hearing her voice, I wanted HER to officiate our ceremony! Fantastic contact (sometimes more than daily!), great ideas, and very tasteful ceremony! Also, Mike took beautiful pictures! Any friend of mine getting married is going to have a reccommendation from me to use Florida Wedding Ceremony!

Deborah Walker is such a caring and wonderful individual. Planning from out of state, I didn't have time to meet her before the wedding. After the first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. She was so easy to talk to and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with all decisions. Since my resort didn't offer any arch or beach ceremony decor, Deborah made some great suggestions that worked well with our budget and style. She decorated our tiki torches to match the colors of the wedding. It looked absolutely perfect! When we finally met at the Rehearsal dinner, it's like I've known her forever. She was so sweet and really excited to be officiating our ceremony. Our family and friends loved her and I was impressed that throughout the planning process, she kept in touch with many ceremony choices. Everything was perfect. She even gave us a small gift and wrote our names, date and ceremony location on the back. What a nice touch! She was my only vendor to do a follow up when we got home and sent links to name changing websites. So helpful and made this process so easy! She is the best!

I couldn't have found a better officiant for my wedding than Deborah Walker. With only two weeks to plan, she was calming and caring throughout. I can't begin to thank her for her support and her friendship throughout these last few weeks. I hope to always keep in touch with her. My family and my friends complimented me on my choice just simply because she fit right in, everyone felt as though she was a part of our family. Deborah, thank you for guiding me through what was the most beautiful day. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a ceremony you provided us. THANK YOU!

Michael was the perfect officiant for our wedding. My husband is Catholic and I'm Lutheran and keeping both sides of the family happy was important. He helped me design a ceremony that covered all areas for both religions without being a religious ceremony. He was poised throughout the ceremony and possesses an eloquent voice.

Deborah was wonderful. She worked with me before the wedding to get the perfect vows for our ceremony. When I met her at the rehearsal she gave me a huge hug and was so sweet and happy the whole time. I told her that I was nervous I might faint while I was saying my vows and she said no problem, if I feel faint she will quickly end the ceremony. At the wedding, when I walked up to the alter, she quietly asked me if I was feeling ok. I thought that was so sweet. Also, she informed us that if we feel her slightly touch us during our vows it is because she wants us to get a better picture if something is a little off. I was so impressed by Deborah. She even coordinated with the colors of my wedding!

Michael DePrisco was wonderful! He and his associates worked with me to create a ceremony that was all our own and he pulled it off beautifully! It was unique and warm. We actually forgot the wine for our wine ceremony and Michael worked through it so that none of our guests had any idea that there was a problem. He was professional and sincere in his speaking and made the entire experience eventful.

Michael and Debra were wonderful to work with. We had a destination wedding and they were very helpful from 1500 miles away, they even tied up all the loose ends and made sure we had everything we needed to obtain out Marriage License. I was a few minutes late to the ceremony (what bride isn't), but Michael was very understanding and assured me everything was fine. My husband and I were married on a beach and Michael even scouted out a beautiful location to perform the ceremony with beautiful scenery. Michael and Debra were also very helpful as to what beach we chose considering how busy it would be, the scenery and the cost to our guests. My husband and I never had any issues with communication, payment or anything for that matter with their services. I would highly suggest them for your ceremony.
