Based in Sarasota, Florida, our team at Say "I Do" on the SunCoast specializes in officiating and coordinating outdoor wedding ceremonies, blended family celebrations, elopements and renewal of vows. We serve all couples on the Gulf Coast in the Sunshine State and we delight in bringing your dream wedding to life. You can expect a custom-written, meaningful and memorable ceremony by a professional officiant (female and male ministers and notaries available). You can choose a religious or spiritual ceremony or one focused solely on the bond between you and we can assist with vow samples and vow writing tips.
Our joyful and experienced celebrants will strive to realize your wishes with creativity and a solid planning approach, including everything you want and nothing you don't!
Services Offered
Say "I Do" on the SunCoast officiates weddings across Florida’s West Coast - including Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Punta Gorda, Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Petersburg, and the beaches in between. Renowned for our personal and memorable ceremonies, we also boast excellent customer service - including thinking about details you may not know are important.
We welcome all couples and are sensitive to accommodating cultural and religious backgrounds. From on-site rehearsals to custom-written ceremonies, our destination wedding packages can include officiant plus professional photography, guitarist or violist, bridal bouquet and boutonnière, bridal hair and makeup or a custom combination.
For destiation wedding couples who wish to skip the trip to the Courthouse upon arrival in Florida, Say "I Do" on the SunCoast is also a Florida Clerk of Court approved marriage license by mail coordinator. Just ask us for more information.

Beautiful Vow Renewal
What made all the difference to us was that Stacy really, really cared. When we finally got to meet her this was confirmed when she turned to us in a quiet moment and just said "You know, I love doing this." Her communication was warm and immediate. There was never any moment when we felt unsure or confused. The ceremony itself was well organized and wonderfully officiated. Stacy chose beautiful words and incorporated our two boys into the ceremony gracefully (which really isn't easy to do).
We had independently looked at photographers in the area and found one whose work we adored. Stacy recommended this very photographer to us and his services were part of the package she offered.
Everything about our vor renewal was wonderful. Stacy was there with us every step of the way and even after the ceremony. We truly can't recommend her enough. We are looking forward to renewing our vows again in ten years, together with Stacy.
