We were looking for a personal ceremony for our small beach wedding. Stacy communication was timely, thorough and so helpful to us. She made us at ease from designing what we wanted to include in the ceremony and help encourage me that I could “read” my vows from a notecard. She took the time on the calls to ask the questions she needed to get to know us and our story so she could make our ceremony special and about us - it was a beautiful ceremony!

Beautiful Vow Renewal
We wanted to renew our vows on the Gulf coast of Florida and approached a few wedding speakers to inquire about a ceremony. Stacy responded immediately, professionally and very warmly. From the first moment she just "got it". She was able to accomodate any of our wishes, really making sure that our little ceremony would be exactly what we wanted it to be. She made very helpful suggestions and seemed genuinely excited about the prospect of officiating our vow renewal. We chose her and in hindsight we couldn't have asked for a better person on our side.
What made all the difference to us was that Stacy really, really cared. When we finally got to meet her this was confirmed when she turned to us in a quiet moment and just said "You know, I love doing this." Her communication was warm and immediate. There was never any moment when we felt unsure or confused. The ceremony itself was well organized and wonderfully officiated. Stacy chose beautiful words and incorporated our two boys into the ceremony gracefully (which really isn't easy to do).
We had independently looked at photographers in the area and found one whose work we adored. Stacy recommended this very photographer to us and his services were part of the package she offered.
Everything about our vor renewal was wonderful. Stacy was there with us every step of the way and even after the ceremony. We truly can't recommend her enough. We are looking forward to renewing our vows again in ten years, together with Stacy. -

Simple and beautiful
My husband and I planned an elopement with our daughters. Stacy made everything so easy, and so special. We came from out of town so I was a bit nervous but Stacy handled everything l. She hired the photographer, who gave us some beautiful photos, and handled the flowers, which ended up being simple but gorgeous. After speaking with her a few times, she was able to put together a beautiful ceremony that was very intimate. The day ended up being incredible and stress free. Best Day Ever

Prior to our wedding date, she reached out with a handful of questions – took our answers and personalized our ceremony. The night after our wedding, we talked about how personal the ceremony was and how special that was to us!
Also - I cant express how helpful Stacy was from start to finish! From our first phone conversation and recommending the most perfect ceremony location, to sending over sample vows, asking us personal questions, sending links to get our marriage license and even after the ceremony she sent us emails about the next steps in changing all of our legal documents.

All I can say is wow! We were completely blown away by Stacy. She is truly amazing at what she does and is such a ray of sunshine! She made the process so easy and was such a beautiful speaker - adding personal touches and ocean references in our beach wedding ceremony. She provided SO much more than I expected from an officiant. We hired her for our rehearsal as well and she just made everything go so smoothly. My nerves got to me a little prior to walking on our wedding day just thinking about how many eyes would be on me. She came stopped by and gave me a nice little pep talk and made me feel so comfortable. She also swung by the waiting area where my husband was and let him know how to grab my hands to help calm my nerves as well. Our families couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was. Look no further if you want to be married by someone who is genuinely passionate about what she does! Stacy is a natural orator, who can express her personalized sentiments about you as a couple in a beautiful way. We received lots of compliments on our ceremony from our guests. From the moment we chatted with her on the phone, you can tell she had such a positive and warm energy/vibe about her that put us at ease and as if we had been friends forever! She spent an hour on the phone with us getting to know us and then sent us a document with lots of different ideas of things we could do as part of the ceremony. And she offers to print out your vows or readings for you so you don’t even have to worry about forgetting anything! It was such a pleasure to work with her. This was one of the easiest parts of the whole wedding process! She was professional, communicative, on time, and was elegantly dressed for the occasion! Stacy at Say "I do" on the Suncoast officiated our wedding May 23, 2021 in St. Pete Beach and helped make our ceremony special and unique. She took the time in advance to learn about us and our relationship and used it during the ceremony.
Our wedding on the beach was far from cookie-cutter and Stacy executed perfectly. She nailed the tone and messaging we were looking for and also gave us a really cool idea for post-ceremony exit which made for a lot of fun and awesome photos. Stacy was highly professional and adept at officiated and also, she accepted the role on quite short notice (about a month out), which was so much appreciated. Stacy was amazing! She communicated so well prior to the event, and provided a lot of helpful information. She gave my husband and I options to personalize our ceremony and executed it perfectly. We started talking with her about a year out from our date and she kept in contact the whole time. With so much uncertainty due to COVID-19, we communicated thoroughly about our options. Stacy performed our wedding at our time, New Years Day 2020. I found her on the web and I had spoken to several from the web before her. Her enthusiasm about our plans won us over. She was excited for us and offered to help in any way possible. That is why we chose her. However, our wedding was beautiful. Her wedding vows were tailored to personal things about us. When she talked about how we feel in love, I nearly cried and felt such love. She was like a beam of light on our special day. Say I do was chosen by our wedding site vendor. Stacey and Diane were amazing, they contacted us via email getting to know us a couple and what we would like from our wedding ceremony. She was very sweet but she had sent us some sample vows, things to review before hand and told us to make any changes or adjustments that we might want done differently. So we changed some of the wording and sent it back to her. When she was going through the ceremony, the changes we made were not changed and it read the way she had it written originally but did add one quote we did request to be added. Mind you we looked at each other with a look that I'm sure no one else would have ever picked up on, same with everything else and bottom line is it was still done very well, but it is more of the extra time it took to go through, read and carefully consider what we really wanted. We had other things we could have used that time for if the wording was not going to be reviewed in the long run.Say "I Do" on the SunCoast's reply:

You hired us last minute for your wedding. We did our best to interview you, give you things to choose from, weave in your personal love story and help you organize the flow of things. Had no idea you felt the ceremony wasn’t exactly what you had in mind. We have only 5 star reviews because we do our best to make it a ceremony to remember even on short notice.
