Jennifer was great to work with and designed the cake perfectly to my specifications. It looked beautiful and tasted amazing. The price was considerably less than other places we looked. My only complaint is that the delivery person called me the morning of the wedding and seemed a little confused about things that had been discussed previously with Jennifer.

We ordered a tiered wedding cake with pilars between the layers. It turned out beautiful! The flavors of cake we had were vanilla almond, hummingbird, and red velvet. We ordered a second topper for our first anniversary and Encore wrapped it up for freezing. It is butter pecan and I can't wait until our anniversary to eat it.

Encore provides a cake that is not only beautiful, it tastes wonderful. I have been married for 9 months, and I still have friends who rave about our wedding cake.

This was the best tasting wedding cake I've ever had! We had so many compliments. We had white almond sour cream, red velvet, and caramel apple. Also, Jennifer was great to work with from day one. I highly recommend!
