The tasting was excellent!

(This bakery has now changed their name to Whisk Bakery). Their service was great and their cakes are delicious! I wasn't too picky as far as what my cake looked like, so they had quite a bit of freedom to do what they wanted, and my cake turned out beautiful and yummy! We also did cupcakes and I wanted "lace" looking cupcake holders, which they did for me. Their cake tasting is free of charge and they are extremely helpful in planning out how much you need. I definitely recommend Whisk Bakery for any baked good needs!

Olga was super sweet and helpful and was quick in responding where other cake merchants were very slow or didn't respond at all. Her cakes are AMAZING! And soooo many flavors and fillings to choose from! Can't go wrong here!

I contacted Laura about doing my wedding cake after tasting her cake at David's Bridal (it was delicious) and the rest is history. We went for a tasting and loved all the flavors so much we had a hard time narrowing it down for the cake. With just a few photos and descriptions, Laura made a cake that tasted as great as it looked. She was easy to work with even though I contacted her only a few weeks before my wedding, had competitive pricing, and did a truly great job!

Laura and her Husband Mike were wonderful to work with! I am in the Event Planning Field and I chose Simply Cakes by Laura to produce my wedding cake because she was so responsive, easy to work with and her cakes are delicious! I had an idea of what I wanted my cake to look like but she totally took it to the next level! I had several guests come to me and say that this was the best cake they have every tasted and I agree! Laura was amazing! We tasted with her and were very impressed with all her flavor combinations, but decided on an almond cake. I fave her a couple photos of my ideas for decorating and the cake was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined! She made sure it was perfect down to the last detail, and delicious! We cannot wait to eat it again on our one year anniversary!

All the cakes were so delicious and very beautifully decorated. I will recommend Laura's cakes to anyone that needs one and we will also purchase cakes from her in the future. We couldn't be happier with her quality and service.

Beautiful cake! :) It was even better then I expected. Laura the Owner met with us during the cake tasting and was super sweet person! She worked with me on all my ideas that I wanted.
