They over charged me for everything. They were annoyed when I opened the jewelry box and found my necklace was missing pearls and I wanted to return it or exchange it. Tabitha was very nice and helpful (she wasn't even my assigned salesperson), but the other ladies just seemed annoyed with me. I bought my dress elsewhere. If they are that crazy about a necklace I can't risk the gown. I ordered some other accessories and they all came in different than I had tried on or wanted, but I couldn't return anything. It was very frustrating. They said they would exchange things for me, but when I went in to try they were so rude and bothered by it. The items I purchased were not inexpensive, but were cheaply made. The prices here are entirely too high for the quality. Go elsewhere and save yourself some money or at least get quality products for your money.

My dress was gorgeous! And, Shelley did an amazing job of making me and my bridesmaids feel special. I truly had a great experience.

I had a great experience at Camarillo Bridal. Jazmin was my consultant and helped me find exactly what I was looking for on my first visit. She never brought me anything that was too expensive and was really sweet when I switched back and forth between my top 2 dresses several times. My dress came within a reasonable amount of time and everyone loved it at my wedding. Working with Camarillo Bridal was effortless and pleasant.

I LOVE Camarillo Bridal! These girls were incredible and I am going to make sure all my friends who need bridal gowns at least give them a try! I had already been to probably five (or more bridal shops) and tried on about 100 dresses before I went to Camarillo Bridal. I was so discourage...after trying on so many dresses, I didn't find anything that felt even remotely right. But then I went to Camarillo Bridal and Shelley and Renee were lifesavers! They were patient and great to deal with. They listened to what I wanted and what I didn't like in other dresses I had tried on. They found me the absolute perfect dress - it was like it was made for me! And the price was incredible. I would 100% recommend this place!!

This was my very first experience trying on wedding dresses. I had told my mom before we went in that I had no intention on buying a dress the first day that I was shopping. This was before they moved into their new location, so it was a little crowded with dresses inside. But I immediately felt at ease with Marissa. I had filled out the on-line questionaire and Marissa asked even more questions to narrow down what I was looking for. I was very specific with her about my budget and she was very careful to only select dresses within my price point. We took 10 dresses into the fitting room, with the last selection from their sample rack. That dress ended up being the first I tried on and even though it was opposite of everything I thought I wanted, I fell in love. That became the dress to beat. In the end, I bought the dress and the fact that it was off of the sample rack (at a sample price) was the icing on the cake. They recommended many different people to do alterations and I chose Jennifer Hyatt to do the minor repairs that the dress needed. She was awesome by the way - would HIGHLY recommend her for any and all repairs you might need and certainly for the fit. I have been back to Camarillo Bridal many times since for other items. Because I bought my dress on the first visit, I received a discount on everything else I bought from them going forward - didn't matter that I bought a sample. I ended up getting my veil from there, the bridesmaid's gifts and also had my shoes dyed there. Every time I was in there, they treated me as if I were a VIP customer. My experience was great and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

When I tried on my dress for the first time the zipper broke! I was stuck IN my dress for over an hour before a seamstress could come and get me out. Camarillo Bridal got me a new dress with in days and I was confident that everything would turn out perfect and it did. Renee Barnett is the ultimate wedding fan and makes you fell special every step of the way. Thank you Camarillo Bridal.

I love, love, love this store!!! The gowns were beautiful, of course, but what really set Camarillo Bridal apart from all of the other bridal shops I visited was their staff and service! These ladies were amazing! Shelley found the PERFECT dress for me right away, yet indulged me as I proceeded to try on about a bazillion more dresses "just in case." She then ensured that the bridesmaids dresses were the exact (hand-selected, special order) color that we wanted. Tabitha was unbelievable at helping us coordinate our "look" and she had a charming way of putting us at ease (calming the crazy bride) about when the dresses would arrive (we ordered them only 5 months before the wedding) and then getting them pressed only 2 days before the wedding, when we had forgotten all about that little detail! Renee was awesome! She graciously dyed my shoes not once but twice to get exact look I wanted - because of course, I changed my mind. More importantly, she was hilarious to work with as the bridal party went through at least 10 catalogs (no joke) of shoes. She even had to go to their other store to get more books for us! Oh and "of course we can press that dress right here, right now, while you wait because you have to leave for the wedding pretty much now and you forgot all about the existence of one of your bridesmaids...no problem!!" Did I mention our dresses were gorgeous?!?

I got all of my accessories through them, they were always delivered on time and sometimes even earlier than expected. I got follow up phone calls and plenty of help every time I went in :)
When I walk through the doors I get a chorus of "Hello!" from multiple girls all with a smile on their face :)

I can not say enough about them :) a wonderful experience!

To sum up my experience, they kept telling me one thing and then doing another which caused an extreme amount of stress on me and my bridesmaids. Had they been honest and forthright from the beginning I would not be posting this, I realize that things can come in late but it is the run around that I was given that makes me so angry. For details of exactly what happened to me (bride) with ordering my bridesmaid dresses from Camarillo Bridal see below:
1. I ask if the bridesmaids order their dresses by the date that Friday if they will need to have expedited shipping and still have the dresses by the week of Memorial Day weekend. The answer is yes. My wedding date is July 3rd and I want to not have to stress about rushing everything.
2. I find out from my bridesmaids that they have to pay rush shipping fee of 30 dollars to get the dresses in by the week of Memorial Day weekend. Then Camarillo bridal calls me to let me know after the dresses have been ordered.
3. They forget about one of my bridesmaids and tell me that I only have 6. I have to argue that I really do have 7 and then give them the measurements of the last one and pay for it.
4. I go in to sign the paperwork to say that they are not liable for the sizes fitting the girls and then they tell me that the actual date they should be in by is June 10.
5. I call up on May 31st just to check to see if the dresses might be coming in early, I am told they will be in on June 3rd.
6. I call June 3rd and am told that they actually got shipped on June 3rd and will be there by June 10th.
7. I call June 10th and am told that the dresses have not been shipped at all and they will put me in contact with the owner on June 11th.
8. The owner of Camarillo Bridal calls me and tells me that the dresses were actually shipped on June 9th and will be here the next week and will give me a tracking number for them on June 13th. There has been no offer of refunding the rush shipping costs.
9. I call on June 13th and am told that Alfred Angelo’s tracking department was closed on Saturday and Monday so I will be given the tracking number on June 14th. Keep in mind my wedding is now less than three weeks away and all of my bridesmaids are not local.
10. I call on June 14th I am assured that the dresses will be there by the end of the week but they will still not give me a tracking number.
11. The dresses finally arrived on June 16th, there was no refunding of the rush order.

I bought my gown from Camarillo Bridal. I emailed them for an appointment about 6 months before our wedding, they helped me find a beautiful dress! They were helpful and found dresses in the styles I liked. The dress I bought was actually a dress from Alfred Angelo, but it was last year's style, so I saved $550.00 from the original price! I received many comments on how beautiful the dress looked, and it has been easy to clean and keep. The owner gave me tips on how to clean the dress, which saved me money in dry cleaning bills. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I had a hard time finding a dress till I went to camarillo bridal! their consultants are the best! they are so nice and really help you find the perfect dress! I am so thankful!

I had an amazing experience at Camarillo Bridal! Marissa was amazing to work with. I didn't make an appointment and she fit me in at the last minute. She listened to me and found exactly what I wanted. Every experience I had with them was amazing and they had a great selection of dresses. Give them a try!

This store was so fun to search for dresses! I went to a few different stores and this store was certainly the most welcoming. The women who work here are friendly and flexible to your needs. They understand and make suggestions if you're shopping on a budget, and they were fine with me taking two different days before deciding on a veil. They offer plenty of services and products, are well organized, and have comfortable seats for family/friends to sit and wait. They also send out an occasional newsletter if you want it.
