I was married 10/16/10 and had Krinn do my flowers. I requested colorful bouquets for my bridesmaids which she had represented in her portfolio. I received bouquets of white roses with three tiny lavender flowers in each. I requested three bushy white bouquets with greenery to go over a fireplace. I received rather sparse bouquets with one so sparse, it was leaning over in the vase and could not stand on its own. The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were also set in floral foam which was wrapped with ribbon instead of the stems being wrapped with ribbon which made the bouquets awkward, and one of the bridesmaids bouquets fell apart before we even had the ceremony. My wedding planner called Krinn the day of the wedding to let her know I was not happy, she stated she would look at the contract and call back, which she never did. After the I returned from my honeymoon, I sent Krinn an email outlining exactly what I was not happy with and why. She did not respond. I found this unacceptable and unprofessional. There is no excuse for not responding to any customer complaint, except of course, that she had already been paid and apparently felt responding was not necessary. I did give one star for quality and flexibility because, in all fairness, I did receive flowers and she did deliver them.

Krinn is an absolutely wonderful person to work with!!!! I got married on November 28, 2009 and everything she did for us was beautiful! Before hiring Krinn to do my flowers for my wedding I had met with two other florist who were highly priced, and didn't want to listen to what I wanted. Krinn went over everything with me in the most professional manner, and if I had an idea that she didn't think would look the way I wanted it to she nicely told me. She had so many great ideas for me and the best thing about her is she really honestly tries to save you money in any and every way possible!! She was there on time the day of the wedding, and even went out of her way to help my wedding coordinator and mistress of ceremony improvise in a situation were I had forgotten to do something. Also, she surprised me by bringing a bigger bouquet than I expected for no additional charge and extra rose petals for the cake table!! She is very kind, and easy to work with and she was able to give us a reasonable quote the FIRST time we met with her! We can not thank you enough for your awesome service Krinn! Everything was beautiful!!

Krinn did a wonderful job with the flowers for my wedding. They turned out even better than expected. I was very satisfied. She was very easy to get ahold of with questions. She also had great ideas for everything and made planning so much easier! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Krinn was amazing to work with!! Not only were all of the flowers amazing and beautiful, the price is very reasonable. We started off as talking to Krinn as a florist for my wedding, and it turned into a family friendship. The best thing about her is she really listens to what you want and has a very creative mind. She went above and beyond anything I could have imagined, and did everything to make the flowers and boquets for us exactly how we wanted. I really enjoyed getting to know Krinn and couldn't be happier with the results at my wedding! Thank you Krinn for helping make my wedding day the most wonderful day of my life so far :) I highly reccomend her services to all new brides to be!

Krinn was so easy to work with and an absolute professional. She suggested alternatives that fit my budget and lended creativity and expression to the event. She was on time, communicated every step of the way and was exceptionally thorough. I would highly recommend her services because she does a great job and works with the clients instead of putting on a show at the client's expense.
