I was lucky to work with Mary-Ashanti for my bridal hair and makeup. She has a great energy, is incredibly affirming of whatever vision you have, and will start your wedding day off right. She will ask you throughout the process if you like the direction she is going in, and is very receptive to feedback. I really appreciate that she was willing to be creative when I threw her a few curveballs in terms of what we had planned for my hair on the day of the wedding. I also really appreciate that she is skilled with curly hair and encourages me to keep my hair curly and natural. I highly recommend working with Mary-Ashanti!

My daughter, her bridal party, and I all had hair and makeup done by the artists at Golden Scissors the morning of my daughter's wedding. Every last person in the salon was a delight! They were so excited for the girls that you'd have thought they were family. They spoiled and pampered us throughout, and their enthusiasm was positively contagious. Terrific experience from beginning to end. Amount spent reflects cost for hair and makeup for myself, the bride and my other daughter, before gratuities. I definitely, highly recommend Golden Scissors!

I had been going to this salon regulary for my hair. They are a multi ethnic hair salon. I was able to get my hair stylist Katie, and the makeup artist George to do my bridal hair and makeup. They were willing to travel two hours to the Poconos to do my hair and makeup (I reimbursed for travel costs) and they did an amazing job. I showed pictures of styles to Katie and gave George some eyeshadows i wanted to use and they rocked it!!!! Everyone said I looked beautiful! I will continue to go to them as my regular salon but they definatley have alot of potential in the bridal beauty department.

The lovely ladies of Textures Hair Salon came in nearly 2 hours early to accommodate my wedding party. They did our hair and makeup the morning of the wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the results. The women who helped us were so personable and sweet. We really enjoyed laughing and talking with these women. I was a little nervous and they really helped me relax and enjoy what turned into an amazing wedding day! Between awesome hair & makeup and the pure joy - I was glowing :) My eye makeup lasted through several tearful parts (happy tears) & I looked amazing from morning till night. If you are looking for a salon with attention to detail and friendly staff - this is the place!

I wanted to have everything done for my wedding and obviously look my best. Like every bride, I wanted my best smile. After I went to my dentist for whitening, I was not satisfied with how my teeth looked. I went to BZ Orthodontics after checking out their Google reviews, and it was such a great and easy experience. Everyone there was so nice, and I never had a problem scheduling my appointments there. I went in for my consultation about 11 months before my wedding. At that time, I had a digital scan done of my teeth, and Dr. Z was able to show me a simulation of how my teeth would look at the end of treatment. I didn't think I would be a candidate for Invisalign because my friend, whose teeth were more crooked than mine, was told by another orthodontist she was not, but he assured me I was. I had my doubts, but after only 9 months, my treatment was done and my smile is PERFECT!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better results. They made sure I had an amazing smile for my wedding day. Thank you so much BZ Ortho!!!
