Where do I even begin? Jenee knocked it out of the park. From the time I inquired about having her do my hair through my wedding day, every part of the experience was an 11 out of 10. Jenee was super attentive to all my needs and wants from the beginning of the process to my wedding day. On our initial consultation call, I never felt she was trying to sell or push me into signing a contract. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me and learning about my vision from my wedding day. She was very thorough in her questioning to understand my vision, and she also answered any questions I had about what the process would look like. Working with a salon that would put my hair's health above anything else was also super important to me in this process. I’m not sure what other salons out there are doing, but my hair trial but a part of my trial included a hydration treatment. Because I no longer get my hair chemically straightened, I was concerned about how it would hold up between styling it and our engagement shoot. Jenee calmed any concerns I had and then pinned and wrapped my hair so that it would be easy for me to take it down when it was time to go to our engagement shoot. In the weeks leading up to the wedding day, Jenee connected with me to chat about the game plan for the wedding in terms of getting into the Salon for my hydration treatment and weave install and what my hair schedule would look like the day of the wedding. The day of my wedding, Jenee arrived and could instantly tell I was stressed; she pulled me to the side, gave me a pep talk, and then got to work. I am so happy with the way that my hair turned out for my wedding, and I would suggest that if anybody cares about the health of the hair as well as working with a salon that will do whatever it takes to make you happy, Jenee and A Touch of Lavish is your only option.

The Lavish Bridal team is amazing! They provided me with a worry free experience. The consultations before my actual wedding day made me feel at ease. They walked me through every step of the service. My style lasted all night and I am thankful that I still looked great during my reception activities.

While my hair came out beautiful, Turquoise was almost 2 hours late to the venue. To start the day, Turquoise was 30m late after forgetting some supplies but then went to the wrong location as well. When I reached out after the wedding to let her know I was disappointed, she did apologize but when I asked how they could make this right, I never heard back. I haven’t heard from them since. My wedding day started and ended completely stressful.
