I originally went to Volles with a specific dress in mind that I found on TikTok. I surprisingly ended up not loving it on me and I realized that sparkles and glam (which I thought that’s what I wanted) was not it. I went in with a specific budget and a dress was pulled for me that they wanted to try on just to see if I liked the style, which was the clean, satin look. To my surprise, the second I came out in it, my family all started crying and when I saw myself, I knew it was the one. This dress however was significantly out of my budget, and I was devastated. I am not sure if they did that on purpose or it was just a true accident putting me in that dress knowing it was out of my budget. But I went to at least 3-4 other bridal shops and searched the internet for something as close as possible that was in budget. Unfortunately, I could not find something I loved as much, and I ended up going back to Volle’s to just try on that dress one more time. Instantly, I had the same feeling, and I knew it was the one. It was one the best decision I have ever made saying yes to the dress, regardless of the price being out of budget. I have never felt more beautiful in anything in my entire life, and I LOVED my dress. The consultant I had who helped me through my dress finding journey was absolutely fantastic too; she dealt with all my emotions, my tough crowd I brought with me and made me feel so incredibly special and like a true bride. It was such a wonderful experience. My dress also came in extremely fast. I ordered it at the end of March 2025, and I had it by the beginning of August 2025. I was a little disappointed that they do not provide cloth garment bags for their dresses. My dress came in a plastic garment bag and for the price I paid for the dress it would have been nice to receive it in a cloth bag to store it in until the wedding giving how much their gowns cost, but I just ended up buying one from Amazon.

Before our wedding, my now-husband ordered a tux online, using one of those online rental sites. He tried it on and it looked ridiculous because of how poorly it fit and the quality of the material. He assured me that he could reorder the correct size, and I pointed out that there would be 7 other guys who needed to order tuxes, who would likely order the incorrect size. They were not going to use a website and deal with problem tuxes the week before our wedding! We went to Mr. Tux to get some ideas, and Wendy helped us. Clearly having a lot of experiences, she asked questions and brought up points that we would have never thought of, and she helped us make decisions. Somehow she made the whole process fun! Even though we were a little behind schedule, Mr. Tux got everything done on time and we didn’t feel rushed. Neither of us had to worry about whether the tuxes would fit or arrive on time. The guys looked great! Thank you, Wendy!
