Before our wedding, my now-husband ordered a tux online, using one of those online rental sites. He tried it on and it looked ridiculous because of how poorly it fit and the quality of the material. He assured me that he could reorder the correct size, and I pointed out that there would be 7 other guys who needed to order tuxes, who would likely order the incorrect size. They were not going to use a website and deal with problem tuxes the week before our wedding! We went to Mr. Tux to get some ideas, and Wendy helped us. Clearly having a lot of experiences, she asked questions and brought up points that we would have never thought of, and she helped us make decisions. Somehow she made the whole process fun! Even though we were a little behind schedule, Mr. Tux got everything done on time and we didn’t feel rushed. Neither of us had to worry about whether the tuxes would fit or arrive on time. We rented the tuxes for our wedding from Mr. Tux on the recommendation of my dad, who had rented from them earlier in the year for a formal event. We were in from out of state, so didn’t have a lot of time to pick out our tuxes, and this was one decision that neither I nor my husband had much of an idea of what we wanted before we went in. The gentleman who worked with us listened well to what ideas we did have, and helped us select the perfect set of tuxes for our groomsmen, usher and my groom! The service we received that day, in the follow up to ensure everyone sent measurements in on time, and the day of the fitting was great and we would highly recommend them!
