Hiring Ellen and Premiere Eventworks was the single best decision my husband and I made in planning our wedding. Ellen was there with us every step of the way. Her ideas were visionary and fresh and her energy and enthusiastic professionalism made wedding planning easier and less stressful than I ever imagined. It was so refreshing to have someone who understood our budget and fought for us to get the best of every vendor for the best cost. I estimate that I saved thousands by just having Ellen and Premiere Eventworks on my team. Our wedding day was incredible; and, even now, four years after our wedding, friends and family members still tell stories of their fond memories of our "perfect" wedding.

WIth a theme of Simple Elegance held in an outdoor garden venue, Breath of Fresh Air and Frankie were amazing at bringing vision to life. Because I am not good with logistics or decor, I was feeling so lost and a little hopeless at how to begin. Encouraged by and drawn to Frankie’s energy, we moved ahead. How incredibly grateful we are to have come across Frankie and her team Breath of Fresh Air! Using an online detailed planner, frequent communication, lists of vendor recommendations, she guided and advised us through all the prep, answered our questions and concerns, solved problems, helped with contract negotiations, and worked with our personal contributions. Every single need was met. The evening of the rehearsal, I was distressed running very late in meeting her staff member to hand off wedding items and props. I could not believe her staff was so patient and kind, waiting for me and receiving the items. We were pleased with so many things, including a discount on the videographer; help with ceremony logistics, timing, and programs; the perfect tent rental. Wedding day went just as promised–like we were guests. Decor and setup were beautiful, tasteful and elegant; surprised us with an upgrade on tablecloths; and communicating with the venue regarding delayed access resulting in getting some money back. We were left astounded with their quality of work, professionalism, how skilled, experienced, detailed and efficient they are. We want to spread the word of how excellent and proficient Frankie and Breath of Fresh Air are! They are wedding planning whizzes!

If you want to have the best wedding ever with amazing memories to last a lifetime that leave you and your guests talking about it for years to come, then you must hire Meredith! That is exactly what happened for me. I had no idea what I wanted in a wedding or where I should spend my money. Meredith was amazing at guiding me through the many logistics of a wedding without it feeling like work. It was so much fun! She also made the experience enjoyable for my husband who sings her praises to this day. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable and worth her weight in gold. Her expertise and wise counsel saved me money, time, and heartache. Each vendor, flower choice, and suggestion were exactly what I dreamed of and negotiated to the tee. She even helped with the honeymoon arrangements. Did I mention that I only had a three-month engagement? That's just how brilliant she is! Meredith is a woman of class and integrity. You will not regret working with her.

Cindy and Ji made our wedding day phenomenal! I'm convinced the day couldn't have gone as smoothly as it had without them. You've been planning your big day for months, and it's important to hand the reigns to someone you can trust to carry out your vision. That's exactly what Cindy and Ji did for us. I was so relaxed on my wedding day, because I knew these two had everything under control. That alone was PRICELESS! Ji has a calming presence. She's so nice and so helpful. Whatever I needed that day, she was there to help. She also made all of our signs (welcome sign, dessert table sign, menu, etc.), which were all beautiful and pulled everything together. The small details really made a difference. Cindy is extremely organized, detail oriented, and most of all, she's a lot of fun to work with! Cindy has a way of getting people to listen without sounding or being mean--she's authoritative but kind. This is exactly what you want in a wedding planner. Everybody told me ceremonies never start on time, but mine did. I have Cindy to thank for that. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. As an example, she noticed that there were heaters on the rental invoice that really were unnecessary. She contacted me right way, and I was able to remove them from the order before the deadline. She helped me save $600. Cindy is genuine, sweet, and truly does care about the couples she works with. I couldn't have asked for a better planner! She is the BEST in the industry. I 100% recommend Happily Ever After SF.
