SERVICES WE OFFER: We offer a Complete Wedding Planning package tailored specifically to your individual needs. This in-depth service will cover every aspect of your wedding planning from beginning to end, including Day of Coordination, Rehearsal Management and assistance with the Bridal Shower, Bridal Luncheon and bachelor/bachelorette parties. E-Mail Wedding Planning Package: Our e-mail wedding planning package is perfect for the couple or family member who requires professional advice or direction with planning their wedding. You will receive unlimited email contact with one of our professional wedding planners for $19.95 a month.
We also offer a Day of Wedding Coordination package to professionally supervise your entire wedding day, ensuring the event goes smoothly and allowing you the opportunity to enjoy your day stress-free.
We have a Rehearsal Management package available to assist with the bridal party and rehearsal details including specifics in the Processional, Recessional, timing and line formation.
Hourly Consulting is available for aid with locating specific venues, booking vendors, last minute recommendations and specific areas of coordination.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY: We are a full service wedding planning and consulting company. We are licensed and insured and have been in the wedding planning industry for over 12 years. Our professional team of wedding planners offer over 20 years of combined resources and knowledge. We work with you to locate and book your venue and weddingvendors, assist with decorations selection and design, supervise set up and clean up, confirm and reconfirm all details, monitor all the specifics and handle everything in between. We oversee the entire day of your wedding and rehearsal.
In order to secure our services, we require a Save-the-Date Fee of $250 which will lock in your wedding date. We then begin immediately locating a place for your ceremony and reception and finding your vendors. We work with the venues and vendors to find the best possible service at the best possible price. We will set up a payment schedule for the balance of our fee with a final payment due no less than 3o days prior to your wedding date.
