 My name is Rachel Carl and I have been doing special occasion/wedding makeup for over 5 years. I love working with brides and getting to capture the essence of their true beauty on their wedding day. Making you look unique and unforgettable is my goal.
 I love getting to talk through the process and to provide my clients with simple techniques that will help them to continue having that elegant look in a more natural way on a day to day basis. I do travel, and I have very affordable prices. I am a team player, and I do what needs to be done.
I am flexible, and very fun to work with!
I do offer services for not only the bride, but bridesmaids, flower girls, and mother's as well-so make sure and ask me about that.

 What kind of payment methods do you take? I accept cash, check and Paypal!
When should I pay you? Preferably after you sign your contract with me, I would like you to mail the payment, or you can do the online with Paypal at least 1 week before the wedding.  I require that you pay me no later than when I get there on the day of the wedding though. I would PREFER that you sent me the money in advance though, especially if you are doing Paypal-that way we don't have to fuss about it on the wedding day-and you can just enjoy your DAY. 
Do I have a contract with you? Yes, I will email you a contract that you can sign electronically and email back to me, that way we are committed to each other and you don't have to worry about anything else!! =)
Do you offer eyelashes? Yes, I do offer false eyelash application. However, due to the extra time it takes and the purchase of the lashes and the glue, it is an extra fee of $10.00. 
What should I consider having of my own for the wedding day as far as makeup goes? I would strongly recommend you find a lipstick, or a lipgloss that you absolutely LOVE yourself in, and that way you have it with you all day, you're comfortable with it, and you can reapply as the day goes on after you eat and everything. I recommend going and trying some different kinds, I usually like MAC's lipgloss, but you can go to Ulta, Sephora, the mall, even walgreens-just find something YOU love-(b/c its all about you!) that you feel comfortable and beautiful in and that way you have it on the wedding day.
Do I have to provide my own lipstick? No, I have lipsticks and glosses, but I just recommend that you find something on your own, b/c it is the one thing you'll want to reapply later and have for your own on that day. So that is why I strongly recommend it=)
Do you do bridal portraits as well? Yes, I do makeup for bridal portraits and I love to give specials for brides that book me for both-so ask me about that!
How long have you been doing makeup? Well, for as about as long as I can remember!! =) I did makeup even as far back as in High School for my friends and family when they had special events, and then once I got into college I started making it more of a side business for weddings and other special events. Then I went to the Makeup Artist Academy and got my certification as a Special Occassion Makeup Artist. I have had some training through MAC as well at a few of their special events. So I have always been doing makeup and always been loving it!
What kind of makeup do you use? I am not stuck to any specific brand. I do have things I love and are comfortable using that have worked for me over the years...and that is what I stick to. I love to find new things that work better, and are new and fun to use as well. I do use the WaterWorks Makeup System for the concealer and pigments because it will give you the lightest and best coverage for that day. Some of the product lines I like and use are: MAC, Laura Mercier, Trish McEvoy, Ben Nye, Ultimate Face Cosmetics, Chanel, Cover Girl, and Maybelline.
Any thing else you offer? This is kind of random, but I also have a service for doing hand addressing/calligraphy on invitations and for your envelopes on your invitations. Please ask me about this or see my other wedding wire website for this service! I have been doing calligraphy for a very long time now and I really enjoy it. It is a great relief as a bride to NOT have to address all those invitations and it gives a really elegant personal look to your invitations. I have a very unique and elegant style that I can fit to your wedding and its needs. I can do lots of different things with this service, as far as making the sign that says 'Just Married' on the back of your getaway car! so just ask me if you are interested in this service.
