Alison realized her love of hair and makeup design while volunteering in her church’s student ministry and serving high school girls in 2007. She decided to take her passion to the next level in 2011 and started a professional beauty career with a local business to earn experience. Alison took her next step in 2014, founding AH Specialties and creating her team.
