What beauty services do you offer?
Facial, Hair, Makeup, Manicure / Pedicure, Spa
 
Do you charge for trials?
We do charge for trials - but we try to do the trial the same day as your portraits to minimize cost.
 
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes we do travel. The fee depends on the location and how many stylists are needed.
 
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We currently have 6 stylists, 2 nail techs, and 1 esthetician.
 
How far in advance should clients book your services?
During the spring/summer or Holiday weekends we suggest a few months in advance.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
We prefer that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Tips and Advice
Always book a consultation for any service you are unsure of! They are free and only take about 15 minutes. If you are out of town e-mail your questions and concerns or call! Ask to speak to me directly - the front desk staff isn't always able to answer hair related questions.

If you aren't quite sure what you want try to think of what you don't want!
That being said pictures are a wonderful tool! Please understand that the models in pictures have the perfect hair for that look, this may not be the case for everyone. Your hair may not look exactly like the model, but we can get it as close as possible!
