Kimi Steinbaugh graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors degree in Digital and Photographic Imaging.  She has been a freelance photographer since graduating in 2005.  This has made her able to shoot successfully in many different syles such as, photojournalistic, posed, formal, casual, etc.  .She not only has a good eye for those ’must have’ shots, but also works with the individual client’s ideas and suggestions. Since she is new to the wedding world of photography, she has a fresh concept to telling your story. Taking photographs has been her passion since a teenager and is blossoming into a rewarding career.

My name is Kaci, and I am a freelance Makeup Artist. I have owned my company Simply Beautiful for 3 years now. I Started out as a Regional Makeup artist for Estee Lauder. Most of what I did was Runway, Photo shoots, in store education and product knowlege. I then moved into the area of photography, where I was doing lots of glamour, anniversary, wedding, senior and family shoots with the photographer. My makeovers vary. I love new age!!! The classic bride, the sweet 16, the beautiful mother and her children, these are all the looks i do and more! I decieded to start my own company where I travel to your desination for all special occisaions. Weddings, High School Dances, Anniverseries, even educationl purposes. How would you identify your photographic style? I have done combinations of all styles in the past.

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? B&W, Sepia, Hand toning, you name it...

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? All outdoor conditions-even rain! Directional light indoors, Flourecent, etc.

Is your media preference film or digital? Digital

How many photographers do you work with? I have a few 2nd photographers I work with. (only professional)

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes! Absolutely!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend? Never! My clients have my undivided attention the ENTIRE day booked.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? I would have to be six feet under to not make it to your event.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? My digital cameras, flashes, tripod, extra memory and batteries, etc.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? I always bring a back up camera and flash

Do you charge hourly or full day? I charge both Hourly and in Packages. None of my packages are less than 4 hrs. Each Client has different needs. We try to accomodate each individual case.

If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime? We charge $60 for each additional hour.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? If more than 6 hrs, food is needed to keep me strong and happy.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day? I try not to take breaks. I don't want to miss anything!

Do you charge for travel? Up to 30 miles is included in price. otherwise it is just the cost of gas. usually around $50-65.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Proofs are ready that following Monday to be viewed online. If you would like printed proofs to view, it will take about a week.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos? You get the right to reproduce anything on the Printable CD that is offered to you. I reserve the right of the Copyright for advertising purposes, etc.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple? With a minimum order of prints, the printable CD is available for $150. Otherwise it is $300.

What kind of albums do you offer? I offer high quality coffee table style books. Minimum of 20 pages.

When will I get the final book? With enhancing and editing time...about two-three months. During peak wedding seasons, about 5-6 months.

How long does it take to deliver a book? After order is placed, 1-3 months depending on delivery time.
