Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes! Absolutely!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never! My clients have my undivided attention the ENTIRE day booked.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I would have to be six feet under to not make it to your event.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
My digital cameras, flashes, tripod, extra memory and batteries, etc.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I always bring a back up camera and flash
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge both Hourly and in Packages. None of my packages are less than 4 hrs. Each Client has different needs. We try to accomodate each individual case.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We charge $60 for each additional hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I try not to take breaks. I don't want to miss anything!
Do you charge for travel?
Up to 30 miles is included in price. otherwise it is just the cost of gas. usually around $50-65.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs are ready that following Monday to be viewed online. If you would like printed proofs to view, it will take about a week.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
You get the right to reproduce anything on the Printable CD that is offered to you. I reserve the right of the Copyright for advertising purposes, etc.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
With a minimum order of prints, the printable CD is available for $150. Otherwise it is $300.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer high quality coffee table style books. Minimum of 20 pages.
When will the client get the final album?
With enhancing and editing time...about two-three months.
During peak wedding seasons, about 5-6 months.
