On our wedding day, we faced unexpected rain, but they adapted seamlessly to the location change without any issues. They (along with their team) arrived on time, stuck to the schedule as much as possible, and brought creativity when needed. As someone who feels a bit awkward in front of the camera, I truly appreciated how relaxed they made me feel throughout the day.
Beyond their technical skills, they blended in effortlessly with our guests, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. So many of our guests had positive things to say about their presence and professionalism.
When we received our final photos and video, we were thoroughly impressed! The video they put together captured most of the key moments, and they delivered on exactly what we envisioned. We also described wanting some moody shots, and they absolutely nailed that aesthetic as well.
One thing we didn’t realize was that clips of all of the speeches wouldn’t automatically be included in the final video, which we were disappointed about initially, but they did advise that they can create a separate video of the complete speeches at an additional cost, which we will consider. Besides that, everything was perfect. The final pictures and videos were delivered within the agreed timeline, and they were receptive to making additional edits, which we really appreciated.
