Fractal Photo & Video is a wedding photography service located in Riviera Maya, Cancun. Owners and operators Claudia and Carlos named their business after fractals, infinite patterns that appear everywhere from snowflakes to galaxies, because love is also infinite. They'd be honored to capture your love on your special day.
Services Offered
Fractal Photo & Video offers a range of wedding packages, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your needs and budget. To ensure you have their complete attention, they only book one event per day, and can work additional hours if desired. They're happy to travel to multiple locations to document your entire event, and a second photographer can be present to capture every angle. Engagement, trash-the-dress, and boudoir sessions can also be provided, as well as wedding portraits. After your wedding, you'll receive your high-resolution photographs in the form of digital files for easy sharing with family and friends.

Carlos was a great communicator while in the planning stages of my wedding, so I felt confident he knew what we wanted to capture on our wedding day. Carlos helped everyone with their poses, made everyone feel comfortable, and was so much fun to work with. I loved how the photos turned out!

Amazing quality and value
Fractal photo and video was referred to us through Alba our wedding planner. He arrived with eager excitement to take photos of our day. He allowed us to be very natural with some posing on his part but it felt very intimate and not staged which both my fiancee and I appreciated. He took videos for us as well. Both the photos and videos turned out beautiful and we felt they truly captured our day well. We were very pleased with fractals work. I highly recommend fractal photo and video for your day in playa!!

A cream come true!
Working with Carlos was amazing. First off he came in after another photographer ran off on us. The best thing ever Last minute he took over and made magic. Carlos is amazing To communicate with, he is patient and willing to work with you as a team. He came in wanting to know our vision and with his expertise he made it happen. I recommend him to any bride. Our wedding coordinator from the resort wasn’t the best and she actually was making situations hard for us. Carlos made it work very professional. I thought distraction would show on my face not with him our pictures and video came out beautiful. I’m very happy with my pictures and compared to other brides my package was of great value. Don’t hesitate to communicate with Fractal photo & video.

Absolutely in awe of their work!
They were absolutely amazing in every way. They always responded to my questions, were professional, helpful and their work is amazing. They go above and a beyond. My husband and I loved their photographs and videography. Their work turned out AMAZING.

Most excellent service!!
Hands down the best photographers I’ve ever worked with. Carlos and Claudia are professional and enthusiastic while working together. They enhanced the magic of our beautiful ceremony. It seemed that they were enjoying it almost as much as we were. The photos are stunning… I know the lighting was difficult and you would never know it in the photos because they are perfect. Thank you a million times over! I can’t wait to see the video!

Excelente - inolvidable
No tengo palabras de agradecimiento para Carlos, desde el primer momento dispuesto a ayudarme en lo que necesitara e incluso ajustar el presupuesto a mis posibilidades en ese momento. Atento, cariñoso y super cercano, con una calidad humana de las que quedan pocas. Mi ceremonia fue con lluvia y aún así el trabajo fue excelente.
Nunca le olvidaré, ni olvidaremos ese día con el precioso recuerdo que tendremos siempre gracias a su trabajo. Como tú me decías Carlos, gracias por esas sonrisas bajo la lluvia!!

Can Carlos come with us to everything?!
Carlos was, in a word, amazing. I hired him to join us for my sister’s bachelorette boat party and we admittedly started out a bit tired and about 50% seasick. He amped us all up with some awesome individual photo shoots and before long everyone was partying and t h r i v i n g in front of the camera. He captured fantastic candids and awesome portraits of the group and my sister with each of her girls. He topped it off with a badass drone video and photo compilation. By the end we were all friends with him and wished he would be at all of our events! Hire Carlos for your event you will be obsessed with the result :-D.

Carlos is AMAZING!!!
I had my bachelorette party in Tulum and my sister planned for Carlos to come and do a photoshoot with us on a boat. He was beyond amazing! I'm obsessed with a the photos and the video he made for us!
He has amazing energy - got us in a good mood after several of us got a bit sea sick!
He was super responsive, we got our photos so quickly and he he made numerous edits to the video to based on my feedback very quickly.
I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
