Fractal photo and video was referred to us through Alba our wedding planner. He arrived with eager excitement to take photos of our day. He allowed us to be very natural with some posing on his part but it felt very intimate and not staged which both my fiancee and I appreciated. He took videos for us as well. Both the photos and videos turned out beautiful and we felt they truly captured our day well. We were very pleased with fractals work. A cream come true!
Working with Carlos was amazing. First off he came in after another photographer ran off on us. The best thing ever Last minute he took over and made magic. Carlos is amazing To communicate with, he is patient and willing to work with you as a team. He came in wanting to know our vision and with his expertise he made it happen. I recommend him to any bride. Our wedding coordinator from the resort wasn’t the best and she actually was making situations hard for us. Carlos made it work very professional. I thought distraction would show on my face not with him our pictures and video came out beautiful. I’m very happy with my pictures and compared to other brides my package was of great value. Can Carlos come with us to everything?!
Carlos was, in a word, amazing. I hired him to join us for my sister’s bachelorette boat party and we admittedly started out a bit tired and about 50% seasick. He amped us all up with some awesome individual photo shoots and before long everyone was partying and t h r i v i n g in front of the camera. He captured fantastic candids and awesome portraits of the group and my sister with each of her girls. He topped it off with a badass drone video and photo compilation. By the end we were all friends with him and wished he would be at all of our events! Hire Carlos for your event you will be obsessed with the result :-D.

I had my bachelorette party in Tulum and my sister planned for Carlos to come and do a photoshoot with us on a boat. He was beyond amazing! I'm obsessed with a the photos and the video he made for us!
He has amazing energy - got us in a good mood after several of us got a bit sea sick!
He was super responsive, we got our photos so quickly and he he made numerous edits to the video to based on my feedback very quickly.
I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

Wow - where to even begin! Our experience with Fractal Photo & Video went above and beyond any expectations we could have ever had. Carlos and Claudia were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish - they were very timely with their email communication leading up to our day, and on the day of the wedding, they arrived on time and began working immediately to ensure all of the details of our day were perfectly captured. We also opted to purchase the drone service, and that footage is absolutely incredible. I had an idea in my mind of how I hoped our video would turn out - and it is even more amazing than I could have ever dreamed. For deliverables, we received a long video (which contains fully edited footage of getting ready, first looks with dad and groom, full ceremony, full speeches, full dances, and reception), as well as a highlights video that is so fun to share with family and friends. We cannot thank them enough for perfectly capturing our personalities and love, and we are so glad that we have the opportunity to look back on our best day ever for the rest of our lives and feel like we are there all over again. Highly recommend them for your video needs - you will be so glad you did!

Claudia and Carlos did an absolutely amazing job with our Valentine's Day wedding. When we searched for a cinematographer/photographer we wanted someone who would have a journalistic point of view vs the normal point and shoot. They were very affordable and the quality and hard work exceeded our expectations. They helped make our day so perfect. I recommend them 1000% and would definitely use them again. Their cinematography was fantastic and we are getting such wonderful complements on the photos as well. Thank you for capturing our dream wedding and enabling us to keep these memories forever! We used Carlos & Claudia to video our wedding this past August. Our full length video is amazing and captured the day perfectly. The highlight video is just as amazing and is like a real movie trailer that I cannot stop watching over and over! It's just so amazing and gives me goosebumps. Not to mention they we so sweet in person and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Could not recommend more! Our photographer, Santiago Gabay, referred us to Claudia and Carlos - and WOW! We received our full length video and highlight video and I cried! They perfectly captured our day and I could not be happier! They were amazing to work with, so much fun, and such sweethearts! We look forward to seeing them again as friends someday! We are absolutely blown away by how amazing our photos came out and can't wait to see our video! (It has only been about a week since we got married.) Claudia and Carlos were incredible! They made everything feel so easy and comfortable. They took us to the most beautiful private beach right by our resort! They always get back to me right away and have been very understanding and helpful! We highly recommend Fractal Photo & Video !! We are very happy we picked them!

I had an amazing experience with Claudia and Carlos. They arrived on time, and were very nice and gentle all the time. Zero stress! :)
I was quite surprise with the quality of the video. They gave me a 20 min video with the most important moments of the wedding including the full ceremony and a 4 min video with the wedding highlights.
Both videos have the perfect balance between romantic/emotional and fun as the party was.
I think the vibes of the wedding were well represented in both videos:

Working with Claudia was a dream come true! She is truly talented and gifted in her art form! When I watched other videos that she created I was so excited and hopeful that she would make one for us that was just as incredible. She did not disappoint! She made the most beautiful full length and highlights videos! I could not have asked for more or better. We are so thankful we found Claudia and Carlos because they are incredible storytellers! I am amazed that they captured so many little details that we didn't even see during the wedding and then turned them into a beautiful highlights video that captured the essence of our story and our wedding. They worked with us on any suggestion and edit we asked for. They even stayed later during our reception to capture my dad's speech. I have watched our video a hundred times and over and feel that magic of our wedding weekend every time.

We absolutely love our wedding video! Our wedding was in October and we got to review the video in just one month. Great turn-aound time. Claudia was so helpful while we were planning our destination wedding. She quickly responded to all of my questions via email. She & Carlos were so great the day of our wedding. It rained and we had to move the ceremony location at the last minute, so there was a lot of stress involved. They actually helped to keep all of us calm and smiling. Our videos are perfect. They captured all of our special moments and so much more!! And the music they chose was a great reflection of our personalities. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Claudia & Carlos did an amazing job with our wedding videos! They were very flexible and willing to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. We ended up with 3 videos: (1) A 60 minute video showing getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception; (2) A 20 minute video of the entire ceremony; and (3) A 5 minute highlight video. Working with them the day of was great - they were very friendly but not at all in the way! And were so thrilled with how the videos turned out!!

Book with confidence. As we were watching the video the 2nd time, we commented on how, as parents of the bride, we didn't even 'see' the videographers capturing the beautiful events. They were so 'not obvious' in a good way and truly captured every detail exceptionally well. No reservations in booking this team.
