Absolutely not! We are yours for the day, no one else's. That's why we require a non-refundable retainer. We are saving the date for you and you alone.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Taking breaks depend on how long the event lasts. Expect one meal break and a 10-minute bathroom break every 2 hours.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Digital processing takes approximately 4 weeks. Once that's done, we upload the photographs in an online proofing gallery.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We aim to be an environment-friendly business, so we present the initial proofs in an online proofing gallery.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We definitely retain the copyright for the photos.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We do grant our clients limited rights of reproduction to obtain prints for personal and non-commercial use and distribution exclusively.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, the images will be available for viewing in an online gallery.
When will the client get the final album?
It depends on how quickly you can pick and choose the images that you want for the album. Once we know what you want, then we start designing the album immediately.
