I've worked with all lighting situations, while I prefer natural light with no flash sometimes it is very neccasary.

How many photographers do you work with?
One Other, I will always have my assistant with me.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I will be there it's in my contract.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
NO, Never it is YOUR weekend!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have several highly recommended photogs incase of emergency which is also in my contract.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring our our Nikon Bodies and Lenses, LOTS of Lenses.
Flashes, memory cards, charges, etc
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we have a backup ready to go for everything! You never know and you can't redo a wedding.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Full day
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I try not to take any breaks quick run to the restroom or quick bite of a power bar we rotate so nothing is missed.
Do you charge for travel?
If the location is more than 60 miles away we do.
It is based how far we go.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I say between 4-6 weeks but it's always quicker than that.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Website/Pictage
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Unless requested for longer they are up for 3 months, if requested I can extend it.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes I provide in some packages a Hi Resolution CD or DVD of the day or it can be bought a la carte, plus a letter of permission to print at consumer lab. I recommend you use Mpix.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
ZookBinders, Willowbook, and KISS. If you have another preference I can use whatever you choose.
When will the client get the final album?
Once the Final Design is ready and you are happy with it, it is sent off to be Printed and Binded the turn around time for this is normally 6-8 weeks.
