Do you charge for trials?
Trial runs are included in our package pricing, however if you would like to make an appointment for a trial run because you are searching for the right artist, please call.
 
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, trip charges start at $25.
 
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
As many as you have, we have a team of makeup artists and hairstylists that can accommodate your entire party.
 
How far in advance should clients book your services?
This depends on the month, June and October get booked quickly, while winter months a last minute booking can be obtained.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date and time.

Do you airbrush? Yes. You only offer packages but I don't want to pay for my attendants, what should I do? Remember how great those photos will look when everyone has harmonious effect and assurance of lasting hair and makeup. By no means are you required to pay for your girls, but let them know you are interested in hiring a makeup artist. Then let them decide if hair and/or makeup is something they would enjoy being included in. You would be amazed how many last minute services we add to contracts because ladies appreciate being beautiful and want to be included in the fun.
