Lynn-Kai Chao, has been and continues to be trained and mentored by nationwide leading wedding photographer Scott Robert Lim (www.scottrobertphotography.com) and continues to shoot with and learn from top notch photographers around the globe.

Lynn-Kai Chao is constantly searching for inspiration and knowledge to better his photography and create imagery that not only capture the memories of the day but that will inspire others to inpsire him back. Lynn has the passion for the art but most of all is blessed when he is able to share his skills in such an important event in a couple’s life and build new relationships. Lynn has dedicated himself to investing his time and resources to better himself as a photographer and a person so that he can deliver the best possible photos of your wedding day.

Lynn offers an engagement session in all his packages because he really wants to get to know you as a couple more and build a relationship with you! Packages also can include full coverage of your wedding day to the end products such as albums, guest books, slideshows, and more. Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? Any lighting situation and will work with whatever is avaliable

Is your media preference film or digital? Digital all the way

How many photographers do you work with? 2 almost always, but depends on the size of the wedding. More shooters (or fewer) can be requested too.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes, and I have network of photographer friends that I can contact in emergencies.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend? I never book more than one wedding or event in a day so I can give my utmost attention to the client. I seldom (if ever) book more than one event in a weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? Yes I have network of photographer friends that I can contact in emergencies.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? I am a Canon shooter and will bring the necessary (as well as backups) camera bodies, flashes, lighting systems, lenses on the day of.

Do you charge hourly or full day? I want to be there to experience the entire day so I currently do full day coverages for my clients from getting ready to ceremony to the end of the reception.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? Yes if the shooting time runs through a mealtime.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day? None because I personally don't want to miss any exciting moment! But maybe I will I stretch my legs out from time to time from standing too long.

Do you charge for travel? This is usually included in the package but for longer distances I may charge extra calculating from our immediate locale which could be the Bay Area or Sacramento area.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes I do and clients have usage rights to their photos too

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple? Yup, its all yours.

Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery? Yes and this done through Pictage.com

What kind of albums do you offer? i am constantly simplifying my business and offerings/products so its best just to contact me about this

When will I get the final book? Anywhere from 3 to 6 months depending on how many times the album needs to revised
