Additional Questions and Answers
Additional information about Lisa Lee the photographer and Lisa’s DESIGNStudio: We are a boutique studio that is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We accept a limited number of Weddings each year and take the attitude that yours is the story we need to tell. Uniquely, Modernly, Stylishly and with a Romantic feel. We are available for travel throughout the world and offer this as a service for local and far away clients. With digital proofing and ordering, the ’distance gap’ is a short one. Other services we offer that make us unique: - Digital Capture and Development. Many studio’s today provide digital photography as a means to capture your images. So what’s new ? Lisa and the DESIGNStudio take this image capture very seriously. All images are ’hand developed’ by a trained staff member. To us, ’hand development’ means that no computerized batch or software is grabbing all your files at one time to ’develop’ them for viewing, printing and archival purposes. The DESIGNStudio would rather hand touch each image taken of your event to ensure correct development has occurred. In addition to providing this labor intensive technique, all images are then backed up to more than one data server to guarantee archival. This does mean a turnaround time that takes this service into account but the results are timeless. - DRYRUN of your time-line with walk-through coordination. This means that once your time-line is completed 30 days out, Lisa Lee herself will put it to the test. We will arrange a date and time to walk the sites, drive the distances, meet with coordinators and search out your event site(s) to find the best property spots for your formals, best light sources and any other items that you feel are important factors to you when telling your story. We offer this service as it is the most effective and efficient way to keep you and your vendor staff on time and on point for your event. - Image DESIGN-Coordination. This means that if you needed help with that enlargement to decide the type of paper, color, framing type and where in your home it will display, Lisa and her staff will come on-site to your home or office and assist you in your DESIGN installation of your image. - Art Collections. We take our DESIGN Studio seriously and want you to know that we offer simplicity as well as products to touch your heart. We can provide our clients with Digital capture, archival and printing but to go an extra mile for the enthusiasts, we offer a Collection pack that includes a Design box with hand chosen Giclee prints.
