For most weddings there is always me and an associate photographer. Depending on the event and size sometimes there are three of us.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I never book myself for more then one event a day. Yes, I may have two a weekend but never on the same day. When you book me you get all of me.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have a network a photographers that we belong to and will make our best effort to find a replacement if needed in an emergency.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Do you charge for travel?
Additional travel expenses may be required for certain events, venues, and locations. Always for destination.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-6 weeks depending on time of year and size of event.

When will the client get the final album?
Your final album is usually delivered about 4-6 weeks after final corrections and approval has been given by client.
