Behind the camera, you will find two friendly and outgoing personalities with the ability to make everyone, including you, comfortable in front of the camera. We describe our style as artistic photojournalism, photographing moments when they are most real and most times without you even noticing we were there.

 

At a young age we both found a passion for photography that eventually lead us to each other. Our first meeting was to discuss the idea of working together and trading secrets, in the hopes of creating something that maybe no one could. It worked, in more ways than one. As our relationship grew, so did our photography and we both found a new creativity come alive. 

 

On September 10, 2010 we celebrated our own wedding, officially becoming a husband and wife team offering up more angles and better images than ever before. Our equipment is high quality and works in any conditions you might throw at us. 

 

We love what we do. There is no other way to say it. There is nothing like seeing a deep connection between two people as they become husband and wife and being able to capture those emotions through the lens of the camera - freezing a moment that will create lasting memories and remind them of the love they share.

 

As portrait photographers, we have the same passion. Year after year we are asked to come back and capture the changes in families. Jessica Painter Photography has become a part of many families, watching them grow each year. We love going back and creating a new story of images for families.
