Picture this... it is a breezy mid afternoon all of your loved ones have gathered for your special day as you walk down the aisle. You can smell the beautiful salt air from the always beautiful Atlantic Ocean as your toes glide through the sand towards the man of your dreams. After a blissful ceremony you are swept away to a ballroom with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean as you dance the night away underneath the sparkling chandeliers.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Depends on the contract.
Do you offer any special services?
We do offer all Inclusive "Hassle Free" Wedding Packages that are specially design by our Event Coordinator.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes we do! Infact all tables, chairs, flatware, plates, goblets, White Linens, and selected centerpieces are included in our rental fees!
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
We believe in the One per Thirty Rule unless your event is a seated dinner then the amount of staff is determined by the amount of guests.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, we do not. We do provide all of our bride's with a list of local vendors but do not require you to commit with these vendors, it's your day!
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We do have nine different venues from Reception Venues to rooms for childcare we have all the space that you would need for your special day!
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No
What restrictions (if any) on music?
Since we are located on a State Park there is a local noise ordinance that states that all outside functions with any entertainment/ DJ services must cease by 11pm.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
Never, we may have a different event but never two weddings on the same day. Weddings are too special to juggle!
