Ordering Q: When should I place my order? A: Most orders are printed, packaged and ready to ship in three to five business days, please allow additional time for shipping.
Q: Can I make changes to my order once you receive it? A:We will do our best to make your changes before your order is processed. Because of our fast turnaround time, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our company. Please make sure your order is correct and final before you place it. This will help avoid the process and cost of reprinting.
Q: How can I check the status of my order? A: After you’ve submitted your order online you will be given an order confirmation number. To check your order status, visit our homepage and link to our Order Status page to enter your confirmation number and receive your order details.
Shipping Q: How soon will I receive my order? A:Once we receive your order, invitations take five to seven business days to process, accessories take two business days to process, and shipping takes from two to seven business days (depending upon your location). Shipping to the West Coast/Midwest, takes two to five business days. Shipping to the East Coast takes six to seven business days. You will have your order in one and one-half to two weeks. If you need it more quickly, you can have your order shipped out Second- or Next-Day Air. If you have it shipped out Second-Day Air, you will have your order in 7-9 business working days. If you have it shipped out Next-Day Air, you will have your order in 6-8 business working days. Most expedited deliveries cannot go to post office boxes so you will need to provide a physical address. The above timing estimates will be altered if there are any questions or problems on your order.

Q: Can I change the color or size of a Save-the-Date or Thank You Note you offer? A: The paper colors, sizes and designs of the stationery we sell in our catalog and online catalog are available only as shown in the photos. However, you may add the accent color you want by selecting a colored ink.
Q: Can you print wording on my Save-the-Date Cards that I have written? A: Yes. Your Save-the-Date Cards will start to set the tone for your celebration. We encourage you to create a message that conveys your uniqueness. Please keep in mind that only 9 lines will fit on the Save-the-Date Cards.
Q: Can my Save-the-Date cards be printed in Spanish, German, French, or other languages? A:Yes, we can print your invitations in a foreign language, as long as it uses the English alphabet. The cost is $7.00 for Save-the-Date cards. This is a one-time charge regardless of the quantity of items that you are ordering. If your foreign language does not use the English alphabet, please e-mail us at guestservices@myjeanm.com and we can give you special pricing and let you know how to go about ordering your Save-the-Date cards.
