For over 14 years, I have taken a passionate and creative approach to my work. Working in the personal care industry has shaped me as an artist and has allowed me to meet many different people and experience many different products. I have been honored to work with a variety of lines such as Chanel as a Manager and Regional Makeup Artist, Borghese, H2O Plus and Aveda, concentrating on my career as an Esthetician. I use a variety of products in my kit, everything from Maybelline Great Lash Mascara to Chanel lipstick. I find what works the best no matter the price or the name! If I haven't used it, I won't use it on my clients.

My major concentration for the last 10 years has been in the bridal industry where every encounter allows me to put my brides at ease and enhance the natural beauty that is already present. As an on location makeup artist, I will travel anywhere in the Greater Cincinnati area and will negotiate locations outside the area.

As a Makeup artist, I know preparing with makeup and hair on the wedding day can become hectic for all involved. I welcome the opportunity to work with each and every bride to make her look and feel unique, A day all her own! The biggest comment I get from brides/bridesmaids/mothers is that they are so glad to have had my services. It was more calming and fun!!! Allow yourself that special time to be with your friends and family and enjoy each other without having to feel rushed by going elsewhere.

As an esthetician, skincare is also one of my passions and is a very important part of making my clients look and feel their best. One of the most crucial aspects of great looking makeup is great looking skin, you have to have a beautiful canvas first.

**Start a consistent skincare routine as soon as possible. It doesn't have to be expensive. You just have to do it!!

**Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize!!! Even if you skin is oily, it doesn't mean that the oil is a substitute for hydration. If you deprive your skin of hydration, the oil glands will overproduce oil and you will become....yes, OILY!! You must hydrate even if it is with an oil free moisturizer, AM and PM.

**Exfoliate--it is important to remove dead skin cells on the surface as to allow the moisturizer to absorb into the skin. You can use a manual(beaded)exfoliant or a chemical(AHA or BHA)exfoliant, whichever you skin will allow. It helps to create a smooth surface for makeup application.

**Eye Creme--the eye area is the thinnest skin on the body with very little natural oils to hydrate itself. It is also the first area to show signs of age which means special care should be taken with an eye creme specifically for the eye area.

**Lip Balm--You want to have the most smooth and moist lips possible on your special day. Make sure your lip balm is a natural oil base preferably with an SPF. I LOVE Aveda Lip Saver morning, noon and night!! I have yet to find something better for me!

**Eyebrows---If you have never waxed or just need a new shape, make sure you start a good brow routine months before your special event. A great looking set of brows and can open up the eyes and make all the difference in your look!! Trust me, I have waxed enough brows to know that a beautifully shaped brow can do wonders for an already beautiful bride.
