I used the Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa West Chester location for getting ready for my wedding day with my bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmothers. Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa team did a great job making sure my bridal party and I looked picture perfect and felt confident for my wedding. Shayna did my hair, Abby did my makeup and facials, and Bree did my nails. The updo was gorgeous, my makeup lasted all day and my skin looked flawless, and my nail polish lasted for weeks!

The other members of the team: Alyssa, Angela, Kaitlynn, and Nate, did such a great job making everyone's look coordinated together, but was still unique to them. Everyone's hair looked so good in the photos and complimented each other!

They let us use the room next to the spa to congregate to get excited for the big day. We were able to bring sparking juice, charcuterie boards, and fruit to enjoy as we got ready. This helped the group get connected and get excited for the event! Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa did a great job making sure that everything went smoothly for the big day! Definitely recommend!

Shannon Wenstrup and the staff at Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa were amazing! They took care all of our beauty needs: manicures/pedicures for the bridal party, my hair/ makeup for the rehearsal dinner and hair/makeup for the bridal party. They were my first choice and truly delivered!

All I can say is they did an amazing job on not only my hair and make up but they made my whole bridal party look amazing.

This is the Salon LA in Rookwood Commons near Norwood. I went in on my wedding day and told the stylist (Jess) to "make my hair look nice". I never did (and still don't) know anything about hair or makeup. So, she and I talked for a few minutes and I just let her do what she thought would look good on me. I have shoulder length hair, so she ended up pulling most of it up off of my neck and styled it really well. My main requirement was that she didn't do anything so drastic that my husband wouldn't recognize me (he'd never seen me with my hair done with makeup), and she really took that to heart. She even offered to do my makeup, but we ended up just doing it at the church. I absolutely loved my hair and it stayed up all day - not a strand fell out of place even though we were outside most of the reception and running everywhere. At first I was skeptical, but it was worth every bit of the $65 for all the attention and effort she put into it. It couldn't have been easier.

I went to the free trial bridal day in West Chester a few months ago and met James and Kennedy. James did a great job on my hair. He listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions also. Kennedy was great about my makeup. The foundation is very light and airy. I did not feel like I had a pancake on my face!! I am going back to see James for some layers now!

Mitchell's Salon (Rookwood location) did hair and make-up for myself, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my husband's mom on my wedding day. It was so easy to work with them to arrange all of the appointments, and they did a FABULOUS job -- we all looked beautiful for our big day! I would most definitely recommend them to future brides.

I got my hair, Make up, and my nails done at Mitchel's in Kenwood and West Chester, Ohio locations. I had a couple bad service situations. One girl asked me who's prom it was... It was my WEDDING, i am 23 years old.. another girl did not like that i brought in a picture to have my maid of honors hair done like, although i was paying, and it was simple... Everything was waaay over priced, which was expected when going to a top notch salon, but their work came out very nice. Luckily the girl who did my hair was awesome, and my makeup artist was very friendly and professional as well.

I use Mitchell's for my hair and brow grooming regularly and both of the women I usually see at the West Chester location gave me the perfect look in preps for my wedding.

In addition, I utilized Mitchell's prior to the wedding for spa services to help me relax during the stressful week prior to traveling to NY for my wedding. I got the salt scrub with shower which was out of this world AMAZING. Gave me fresh skin after some unfortunate burning in SC the month prior to my wedding and allowed me to have the time to restart my tan, which looked fantastic for the day of! I also got a hot stone massage which was very relaxing and helped relieve some wedding stress.

My experience with acrylic nail services was variable though - mine fell off really easily/broke when I got them for my bridal shower. Therefore, I did not utilize them for the wedding and used someone I know in NY instead. However again, the other services above were top notch.
