Do we get to meet with the person that will be the lead photographer?
You DO get to meet with your lead photographer prior to booking with us.

If we were to use multiple photographers, what are the other photographers backgrounds?
Our second shooters are professional photographers and have been additionally trained by us to shoot in a consistent style to the lead photographer.

Does the selected coverage include pre-ceremony?
Yes, we usually start one to two hours before the ceremony to get pre-ceremony photos.

Can we view the photographs on line via the Internet? For how long after the wedding?
We post the wedding images on-line at http://www.pictage.com/ for three months but you may request longer for no additional fee.

Can you customize packages?
We can customize a package for you to suit your needs.

Have you ever shot an Indian wedding or any multicultural weddings?
Yes! We love photographing ethnic and multicultural weddings.

Do you touch-up the shots?
We do minor retouching, color correction and we white balance every image...so you will receive finished prints with your proof set. We also include art prints in the proof set. You will receive 600-1000 finished prints in a leather proof box.

Will we be able to choose the photographs that go into the album that is included in the package? Yes, you choose the photos for the album and we do the layout...we are also happy to help narrow down your choices because you will love so many of the photos! We offer an assortment of album styles from matted albums to storybooks.
We offer the most cutting edge and up to date albums available!

What is the time limit for ordering the photographs?
You will have ten months after your event date to order your album.

How long after the event will the proofs be ready?
6-8 weeks. We give our clients the best quality product and spend time in post production to insure this. If someone gives you your proofs in 2-3 weeks, more than likely they are not doing post to the images, which is important when the photographer is shooting digital.

How long after placing the order will we receive the photographs?
Depending on what you order...anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

How long do you keep negatives or digital files?
We guarantee them for two years but really we keep them indefinitely.

What is your policy on proofs and negatives? Charges? Do we get rights to the images?
The proofs are yours to keep. The digital files can be purchased and this gives you copyright.

What are additional costs that are not mentioned?
We have no hidden cost. (state tax is not mentioned and you do have to pay that)
