When you book with the Hampton Inn & Suites Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, you can let all of your worries go away.  You could consider us a one stop shop.  For events from as little as 20 up to350 we can make your dream event come true.  We offer all of the setup and teardown at no additional cost.  Our Catering Manager becomes your wedding planner and will be the go to person on your wedding day, no need for them to call you, the bride, for the little things.  We will coordinate with your florist, dj, and cake person to ensure everything is the way you want it.  Also, when you book your event with us you don't have to worry about parking, we have a great garage underneath the hotel that is no cost to you or them.

We can also offer a great place for your out town guests to stay while they are in town for your wonderful event.  We have just your traditional room to a very spacious suite with kitchenette.  The suites also make a great room for the bridal party to get ready in.  For those that end up staying the night will get to enjoy our great breakfast the next morning featuring to hot items.  We have great room rate starting as low as $99 (based on availability).
