About Erik

Erik Guzowski started his career as an Editorial photojournalist shooting for many major Newspapers and Magazines such as the The New York Times, Associated Press, USA Today, The BBC and many more publications around the globe. Erik has published over a thousand different images from photojournalism assignments this far in his career. His award winning work has been displayed in traveling exhibitions and in galleries around the world. He has been photographing weddings since 2002.

Erik’s strength is in documentary photography and portraiture. Erik was also a photographer for a modeling agency and uses those skills in his wedding portraits. He has the insight and talent to tell stories through capturing expressive candid moments composed with style. “I treat each wedding as if I were on an assignment for a major publication. I want the images to stand the test of time in an emotional-story telling way. I try and compose your portraiture as if you were going to be in Modern Bride.”
