All equipment is digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
I am the lead photographer and will always be the primary photographer for your wedding day. I also works with 3 other photographers if you would like more then one for your day.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. All my attention is on your wedding and yours only.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have 2 Professional DSLR's, the Canon 30D and 40D. I have a wide angle lens, medium lens, and telephoto lens. I have two off camera strobes. I have plenty of flash cards.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both can be done
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. $150 per hour for overtime
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Depends on the length of the day. If I need to take a break, it is brief.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 7 days.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, on dvd for them to print.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
High quality handmade albums that are flushmount with custom designed page layout. I design all albums with the images chosen by the couple. After it is designed, the couple will review it for approval. If changes need to be made, the couple has two rounds of changes without charge. Any changes after that will be subject to a charge.
When will the client get the final album?
Within 4 weeks or sooner from the time I receive the couples image choices. It may be longer if the couple decides changes need to be made.
