I am the main planner however, I do seek advice from several others. I have recently added 2 jr. coordinators to assist me.

I don't specialize in any certain style. I can work with anything from an informal jeans and bbq style to a fairytale princess wedding.

To date, my weddings have mainly been small (25-75 guests) but I have also worked weddings with up to 200 guests

I am very familiar with community centers, church halls & outdoor locations. Savanah Center, Church on the Square, Wildwood Communtiy center, Bushnell Community Center, Leesburg Opera House, Dade Battlefield & Venetian Gardens to name a few

What is your price range?  Prices range from $150 to $1600 for wedding coordination.  I do customize each event, each package so don’t think right off that we are out of your budget. We also offer COMPLETE WEDDINGS starting at $3500 ..call us for more details.

I do ask for no less than 25% of the total as a down payment for any event.

Other events start at $75 and go up depending on event, location, number of guests

Do you charge travel fees?  Call to discuss this.

Will you work with same sex weddings? Even though same sex weddings are not legal in Florida, I will work with commitment ceremonies and treat them just the same as any other wedding
 

A lead time of at least 1 month is preferred. The more time you can give me to plan, the happier we will both be with the results!
 Please be thinking about where the money will come from for your wedding. Know what sources you will have access to (parents, credit cards, cash, savings accounts etc.) and how much you can access from thoses sources and when. It will make things go much smoother.

You should have at least $150 ready to pay your wedding planner to book your date, even if it is amny months away.
