Do you have liability insurance?

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Most techniques I offer are mainly color and black/white, however, I occasionally offer some techniques such as half saturated, age processed, hand coloring, etc and is used accordingly to the image. What you can rely on is any final enlargements or wall prints will always be refined and retouched for this will be the art that is displayed throughout your home.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Most of my experience is with natural lighting and as well as studio lighting, so you get the best of both worlds.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Most of my work is shot in digital format however, I occasionally will use film. Any film I work with I always have scanned to disc so it maybe retouched digitally.
How many photographers do you work with?
Always two...at least.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutely.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
There will always be guaranteed a backup or referral in case of an emergency situation, however, I have yet to run into this dilemma.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Mainly a few cameras, some flashes, and some professional studio lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Most definitely. I have yet to run into that problem as well.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer packages that require a full day of photographing a wedding and are priced accordingly.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Only a few and at appropriate times.
Do you charge for travel?
I travel within a 100 miles radius without additional charges. Anywhere beyond the 100 mile radius is 40 cents/mile. This excludes destination weddings.
For Destination Weddings or Engagement sessions, I require that a 4 day/3 night minimum is booked in the same resort your event will be held at as well as airfare be included to your desired destination.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs are ready for viewing between 8 to 10 weeks depending on the height of the season.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are available through a client accessible online gallery. Hard copy (printed) 4x6 proofs will also be available as well as a spiral bound proof book.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Online proofs will be held for 120 days. Private galleries beyond the 90 day expiration will be deleted.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I mainly retain the copyright to the images but they are available for purchase in certain wedding day packages and/or ordered a la carte.
Will images be available for viewing online?
As stated above, proofs will be held online for 120 days. Because these images are in a private online gallery you must require a unique private password in order to enter the gallery.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Proof books will be available for all packages. Story book albums and hard covered coffee table books will be available for certain packages, otherwise they may be purchased a la carte.
When will the client get the final album?
Approximately a week to 4 weeks after proofs have been delivered.
