Owned and operated by photographer DeShelia Spann, DeShelia Spann Photography is a North Carolina based contemporary studio specializing in wedding, lifestyle and editorial photography. DeShelia enjoys working with clients who are excited about photography and how it can enhance a moment, feeling or emotion. Fun loving and creative, DeShelia strives to give each client an experience that defines who they are as a couple - uniquely their own.

"I never thought signing up for the high school yearbook staff would have such a lasting impact on my life. I wake up every day thankful that I get to do something I truly love. As a Lifestyle Photographer, I strive to create images that are natural, pure and real. I want to produce work that you want to view for years to come."

DeShelia received the prestigious annual WeddingWire Bride’s Choice Awards™ for Wedding Photography in 2010 and 2011. Her work has been featured in such publications at Eco-Beautiful Magazine, Style Me Pretty, The Budget Savvy Bride, The Link Magazine and Metro Magazine to name a few.

When she's not running around with a camera in hand, DeShelia can be found working within her local community to raise the profile of children and human rights issues. She continues to work as a documentary photographer, traveling through the country to tell the untold story.
